Great Company

Not only did I receive a Terrific product, I miscalculated how many I needed. When I contacted the company they replied promptly and were able to add this to the order. Will definitely be ordering more great company to deal with.

Really happy with the blinds I ordered

Really happy with the blinds I ordered. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great for what you pay. They arrived on time and were easy to put up, and they look really good in the room.
Overall a smooth experience from ordering to delivery. Good value for money and I’d definitely recommend.

We recently experienced an unexpected issue with our mail server which prevented some incoming emails from reaching us, and this unfortunately made it appear that we were not responding. Received helpful advice

I was able to speak to a gentleman called Gill who gave me a lot of good advice which helped as it can be quite stressful choosing blinds. It is nice to speak to someone rather than just complete on line.

Replacement vertical blind slats

I have just finished hanging the replacement vertical blind slats and very happy with them they are spot on with the measurements, the only reason for four stars is that I waited a while longer than expected but after phoning they were delivered promptly, I think from what I was told that they were setting up a new computer system. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Update.
The company did come back to me and gave me some tips on how to get the blinds working . It was quite difficult but after trying for a couple of days , I do now have working blinds.
It is not something I should have had to do . They should have been sent in a working condition. However I am grateful the company did resolve the issue
Please take note of the negative reviews and do not use this company. The head rail they sent me would not work. The blinds would not rotate. I emailed but had no response. The web site says the phone lines are down and the live chat does not work.

As explained, blind fabrics can appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions (for example fluorescent lighting vs natural daylight), which is a common characteristic with many materials.

We also hold a sample cut of the fabric used for your order, which matches the product supplied. We’re happy to provide a photo of this alongside your order for transparency.

Regarding the phone contact, we apologise if you had difficulty getting through at the time. We are a small team and during busy periods calls can occasionally take longer to answer, but we always do our best to assist every customer.

Blind samples

Ordered samples for blinds on 24 Oct haven't received them all though stating next day delivery,tried to phone today phone keeps ringing then goes to music then says phone number not recognisable.

I have been trying to contact this…

I have been trying to contact this company regarding our order and we can’t get through to them at all, I have emailed twice, no response, tried there live chat which is more than useless as the bot doesn’t even understand the pre populated responses and called two different telephone number for them and never get answered, all I want to know is when I can expect it to be delivered !! Not a difficult question

I ordered 30 replacement vertical slats…

I ordered 30 replacement vertical slats (only needed 28). Whilst putting them up noticed some marking on most of them in similar area. Notified RYB with pics. they said they could only see 8 of them affected and would replace. I told them there are more but they dont seem to want to answer my messages. Havent supplied any returns option

Wrong delivery address used

I ordered 200 blind weights for my mum who lives in Birmingham. The delivery address was Birmingham. I haven’t opened the box yet so I can’t comment on the contents but they have arrived to my home address in Hampshire.
I will now have to post these to my mum at my own expense.
What is the point of offering a delivery address when it is just ignored?
Update:
I understand mistakes are made and once I contacted the company they apologised and offered a discount to cover the cost of postage. This was very swiftly and amicably dealt with. I would like to thank them for the genuine concern and response.
