At last, a top quality and reliable window company at competitive prices.
I contacted Mark after a bad experience with a previous window company, to build and install double glazed wooden casement windows.
Communication was excellent throughout, the windows arrived sooner than expected, and the quality is superb: I live in a conservation area which requires exact specifications, and Mark was meticulous in ensuring all the fine details were perfectly reproduced.

Mark guided me through the process of ordering new timber french windows with knowledge and respect. His carpenters were in and out in one day and the finished doors look great. Highly recommended and would happy ask him to replace other windows and doors in my flat in the future.

LDN Sash Window Company are brilliant! Please use them. I called them, Mark turned up, I had quote emailed over, job date was confirmed, they turned up on the day and at the time they said. I had 4 new doubled glazed sash windows installed and they are just perfect. Anthony was our window fitter and he has been fitting windows for almost 20 years. Again he turned up on time, VERY clean and tidy and let me know which rooms he was going to be in next. All windows perfectly installed and look fab. They are all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, smart, tidy, clean and I honestly I will recommend them to everyone.

Mark and his team did a great job refurbishing our front sash windows to keep the draught out and retrofitting two rotten sash windows. Mark was really helpful on the initial visits to recommend the best options highlighting ways to save some mnoney, Elliot and Anthony were great when it came to completing the works, really happy with the results, quality of thier work is really high

They performed draught proofing on my window and did an excellent job, it has solved my issue. They are also very good at cleaning up after the job has been finished, would definitely recommend!

We had the sashes in several windows and two sets of French doors replaced with double-glazed units. Mark was also kind enough to help us with a double-glazed skylight we have. He is a very decent and honest guy, his work is of a very high standard and his prices are competitive. The new double glazed sashes looked completely in keeping with the building and the other (original) windows in it.

These sort of windows don't come cheap, but I thought Mark's quote was reasonable compared to others and good value for the quality of the product.

Mark Rhodes is a top guy to work with. Fast, efficient and delivers excellent customer service. He replaced all of our sash windows to a very high standard last year and installed double glazing. He came back this summer for a different window (one he hadn’t replaced) that was faulty and he did the job gratis as a gesture of good will. Highly recommend his services.

We had over 10 windows retrofitted and replaced on our Georgian property by Mark and Elliot who were highly professional: punctual, hardworking, courteous, tidy and fast.
We now have stunningly beautiful windows (no more ugly secondary glazing!) that keep out draughts, reduce noise and actually open!
I've already recommended Mark and his team to our neighbours because the whole experience from first communication through to final installation was exceptional.
