They gave excellent assistance in helping me decide what is best. There were timely in their questions and responses. Turnaround on my new lens was only a day or two.

Product and service were top notch
Product and service were top notch, including the total turn around time. The only way it could be improved is to include a post-paid shipping label to send my glasses in to be re-lensed. Considering the total cost, omitting that feels like penny-pinching.

I ordered replacement lenses for frames that I had from an outdated prescription.I did this to reduce waste.
The process was quick and easy and the new lenses are perfect.
I highly recommend this service.

Better than expected
First off, in terms of price point it’s about the same as with medical insurance vs. retail. I had no issues with the end product. It’s great in fact! The website was slightly ambiguous for technical questions, however customer service was prompt in responding. I was impressed with their PD measurement requirements gathering because it took some pressure off me doing it myself. Post sales communications were also timely and effective.
