Ordering was very easy. Did not have to wait long for return of new lenses. Only problem was the left lens was not properly inserted in frame. Top of lens near nose piece was not inserted correctly. Took glasses to optometrist to fix the problem.

Great experience, I mailed my frames to have lenses replaced. great communication, I was informed the day my frames arrived there, the next day they were done and in transit back to me.

So Good the First Time I Went Back
The second of two pairs they just relensed for me. Paid a bit more for these, as they were Transition, and I must mention how dark they get. 10/10 - would definitely recommend. 😀

They broke my frames while working on…
They broke my frames while working on them. Held me responsible for it and charged me for lenses that I can not use. Last time I will use them and I will not tell others about them.

Every pair of lenses I've worn have come from RLE. The process is simple and the turnaround is quick. RLE communicates with you on every step of the process and responds to queries promptly. Superior quality and craftsmanship….
I have been replacing lenses using RLE for years and have always been impressed with their quality and longevity. I have tried the glasses and coatings from my optician, and while their coating last just a year, RLE’s application process gives me coating that lasts seemingly indefinitely. I have glasses over 5 years old with RLE lenses and the AR coatings are still perfect.

Would definitely use again in future
The site was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. Customer service, though, really shines because I had an issue, and they have bent over backward to make it right even though it wasn't their fault - my doctor made an error. I will definitely be using the company again for my lens replacement needs. It has been a very positive experience.
