I had a very good expirience once I was able to get the man who answered the support line. He was very quick with helping me diagnose the problem and quickly offered to send me a new left soundbox as that seems to be where the problem was coming.

I appreciate how quickly a potential solution to my problem was found.

I have a great experience with Repeat.audio! I bought the Prince headphones in 2023 and since now still in great performance. The battery is good the built quality and performance as promised.

After two broken headphone low-end ( OneOdio ~40€ ) that lasted only 3 years despite my care, I decide for this headset.

So far, its sound is great, and it's comfortable.
Currently the most expensive headset I had used, I don't another experience to compare.

A quality I didn't see being mentioned that I appreciate is the ease of carrying it around for long distance. Maybe it's only relevant to me, but when I'm in travel, it's very sturdy and doesn't fear being carried in a suitcase once its parts separated.
For this specific use, it doesn't need a separated bag ( so less risk of loss ) or a big clunky rigid box ( so less space wasted in my suitcase ). I suppose these qualities does apply for sending it to a friend.

Top-quality Prince headphones. Very fast delivery, and the product was carefully packed. I really like the clear, well-balanced sound of my new headphones. The materials seem very robust and high quality. Definitely recommend.

I had my headphones for roughly a year now and I really enjoy the soundquality and easy handling of them. They are also waterproof which is really nice when you are listening to music on a walk or outside. I can really recommend them for anyone looking for a sustainable pair of headphones that also just sound amazing.

I like the sustainability of the headphones! If a module breaks, I can just replace it easily. I've had the headphones for a year, and it still works great, so I haven't needed to replace anything yet. It was also fun to assemble the headphones myself when they got delivered. The sound quality of the headphones is great! Although it would be nice to have a deeper bass or several different EQ settings. The noise cancelling works great as well, but if I cycle on my bike with the headphones then the wind causes the noise cancelling to malfunction and produce a rustling noise.

Extremely satisfied with the product and service. The headphones (Prince) arrived only one day after purchase (I live in Belgium) in a very slim and practical packaging.

Easy to assemble, slick and modern aesthetic, very confortable wear. Super easy to connect to my devices and easy to handle thanks to the mechanical buttons integrated to the headphones.

The sound is clear and the bass very deep, I'm redescovering some old tunes like never before.

The noise cancelling works wonders. One of the reason I purchase this headphones was to contrast some heavy works that are going on in my street, and with the noise cancelling on and some good music I can actually get some peace back.

I like my repeat headset. Permanent companion for travelling - enjoying the noise cancelling. Robust and reliable. I decided for these as i believe that there is too much waste in consumer electronics. So far i didn't need the repair service - still working like on their first day...

Perfect sound! Happy to listen to music as well as having office meetings with my Prince.

Really good audio and ... Repairs are possible (but hardly ever needed). Also, upgrading is a nice one too. I'm waiting for in-ears though.

Great quality when holding the headset, not an expert but the sound quality seems good both through bluetooth and jack plug.

Delivery was extremely quick. The packaging and instructions for assembling the headset were excellent. The sound quality is top-notch! The headset easily adjusts to different head sizes. The battery life is impressive, and the noise-canceling feature is a real blessing!
