This is the best service I have ever…

This is the best service I have ever experienced! Having two appliances from Miele (DG5080 steam oven + H5681 oven) with both having a well known problem with the touch-sensitive keys. Miele service repair offered to replace two front panels by their technician for 1.394 Eur !! (Yes, one thousand and three hundred and ninety four Eur). Repartly did it for 298 Eur, within 3 days by replacing the touchfolie. Problem 100% fixed.

Fix it don't scrap it.

It was my 1st time to use repartly.de and is was a good experience.
I had a broken miele dishwasher, 4 years old.
After checking the mainboard, it seems defective.
So packed and shipped it to repartly.de.
Sadly the board wasn't fixable but they gave me a chose, send it back or getting a refurbished board.
I got the refurbished board and works well for my machine.

Saved our 8 year old Miele dryer

Super fast delivery: just 3 days between order and delivery of the customized spare part from Germany to Switzerland.
Repairing myself the machine using standard spare part from Miele was not an option due to necessary re-programming.

Finally I found someone to repair…

Finally I found someone to repair electronics. The Repartly websites are informative and professional, the same are the information shared by YouTube. Together, they made me “give it a shot”. I had 2 items for repair, and they have been returned totally fixed. I will definitely send more for repair.
For me, the price is acceptable compared to buy new electronics, or new machines. I hope many more finds value in repairing electronics, instead of throw machines and buy new. Websites in English would be highly appreciated, and I think it would give Repartly more customers.

Everything perfect. I sent a faulty item, and within a week, I recieved it back fully working. My 6 year old washmachine is back to life. Thanks!

The real meaning of sustainability.

Repartly is an electronics repair service that every appliance producer should make available for its products.
Repartly is clear, responsible and fast. Their services are unparalleled with other electronics fixing services for household appliances. In my case, instead of replacing a part entirely at the price of 650€, Repartly fixed my faulty one with 120€. Absolutely worth the price for an appliance costed 3000€ 7 years ago.
My experience with Repartly itself was absolutely positive. However, there are two points they absolutely need to address:

- make an English website an make Google index it on international searches. I had to switch google to German and set the location to Germany in order to make you appear in my research of electronic fixing service for household appliances. Your German and Dutch only website doesn’t help, not having an English version is quite anachronistic. As you de facto offer international services, your website must speak an international language.

- Revise your logistics. It took a few days for you to acknowledge that the parcel was delivered at your facility (delivered on the 15th, you confirmed reception on the 17th). When you shipped the parcel back to me with the fixed part, it took 7 working days (9 in total) to receive it. The courier you use for foreign logistics, DPD, is well known abroad for being on the very low end. The additional fare you charge for international shipping (in my case it was 24€ extra for Italy) is absolutely unjustified for this low level of logistics. Loose logistics clash with the high quality of your services. This costed you 1 star of my review. Choosing a good courier is part of your job and you definitely need to address it, especially if you are charging your international costumers an extra 20% on the overall price.

In conclusion, I 101% recommend Repartly. Their service is simply unique and, having interacted with the people who work there, I’m sure they will address these issues.

Our 3 year old Miele washing machine…

Our 3 year old Miele washing machine started acting odd.

I investigated the opportunities online, and found Repartly. I reached out to them, and rather quickly I received a reply with clear instructions. In regards to what they could assists with depending on the internal situation of the machine.

Everything checked off - And I shipped the electronics to them, and received them rather quickly again, repaired of cause.

The machine has been brought back to "life", and it has almost been in use for a month now without any complications!
