Great Reference for Routine Issues
The information is very good for routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting. I don't think it's designed nor is it priced to be a complete vehicle manual. I have found it meets a very large percentage of my needs.

I had problems with my RAV 4 hybrid
I had problems with my RAV 4 hybrid. I am a new DIYer. I reached out to support and James Collins followed up with me until my problem was resolved fully. We had a few back and forth e-mails and it took a few days to get a response but he was excellent. He is a great representative for Repair Surge as he is honest and clearly intends to solve your problem to satisfaction. I recommend this company highly.

To be honest
To be honest, I wasn't impressed by the manual for my 2018 MINI Cooper. Some parts on the drawings were misidentified and they don't give you how to's on how to fix something. Some text but no pictures or diagrams. I complained and customer service resolved my issues over and above.
