Deceptive website/marketing
Poorly built, rather deceptive website. Ordered an s23 ultra screen replacement. Product description stated that it's a aftermarket replacement so it "may" not reach the "exact" specifications as the original. This is fine, but there are no data sheets or exact specs available. What I received was a display which worked, yet didn't match the original display shape (footprint is the same but actual functional screen has rounded corners which truncates what the phone is trying to display), resolution (is HD rather than UHD), and refresh rate (maximum 60 Hz rather than 120Hz). These aren't things that 'may' have been 'not exact match', it's a significantly inferior display with predictable, known specifications. The 2 star review is based solely on this although in addition the package arrived late as it was dispatched a day after they'd said (it may be this is the courier's fault although I think it unlikely given the tracking data but cannot be certain so have given them the benefit of the doubt).

I ordered a phone part and a case on…
I ordered a phone part and a case on Wednesday night and paid for premium DPD next day delivery as I needed the items ASAP. Woke up on Friday morning to check the DPD tracking to find the order hadn't been handed to DPD and wasn't going to be out for delivery.
I called customer service and they were straight away blaming DPD. Couldn't possibly be them!
I called DPD and they told me repair outlet hadn't dispatched from their end!
After calling Repair outlet twice, they said they would put out a new order for a Saturday delivery via DPD. Well suprise this order hasn't been dispatched yet either!
It's a joke!
I would avoid!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for premium next day delivery and needing the items urgently.
Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected issue with DPD not collecting from our dispatch location, which impacted a number of orders over this period. We appreciate that, from your perspective, this should not have affected the service you paid for, and we fully accept your disappointment.
We also apologise for the confusion caused during your contact with both ourselves and DPD. Our intention was never to shift responsibility, but rather to provide transparency regarding the delay while we worked to resolve the collection issue with the courier.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to be advised that a replacement order would be sent for Saturday delivery, only to then experience further delays. This is far below the standard of service we aim to provide.

Came with more than just the board, including tools and adhesive. Well impressed, typing on my phone now, so everything is working. Delivery is a little longer than we are used to due to being spoiled by Prime. But recommended.

I’ve made a couple of purchases from repair outlet this year. Far better than going through auction and third party sellers. I ge t exactly what I need and the delivery options do deliver when they say they will. The parts are correct and fit properly. My new replacement camera is a huge improvement on what I had in my phone.
