Can't believe this wasn't done sooner for men. The clothes are epic, shipping is quick, all is easy to browse. Recommend for work, holidays, or just clothes to go out on dates/with the boys.

As someone who travels regularly, Thred was the best choice I made for an endless closet subscription. I receive multiple compliments and they continue to keep adding new brands, so Thred is a no brainer.

Loved the discount to start the monthly subscription. Customer service took roughly 24 hours to get back to me about a question I figured I already knew but they were more than pleasant in their response. Hopefully another discount is coming after this review. The items ran a bit small on my bigger body but are very stylish and fit in nicely with my already owned apparel. Wish there were more items available for my first box as well as more items in those boxes, but I do understand they are expensive pieces of clothing!

This company has been phenomenal to work with. They get my orders out really fast, the clothes are always in mint condition, and they are super responsive to my emails.

Site is easy to use. I like that it shows what is available to rent when I’m filling my cart. Customer service is also more personalized than competitors.

High-quality clothing options with a wide selection to choose from. Delivery and return process is super simple and straightforward. Only issue I’ve experienced is the availability of clothing options. Most times there are only 10-25 items available in my size out of 400+ options.

The inventory is horrible, barely any clothes to rent. And the worst part is that if any package gets lost they charge you the full price. I had them put a hold of 400$ for the package that was misplaced by USPS. And they somehow shipped another shirt to me and charged me another 180$. Stay away from this company .

Options for clothing is great, delivery was fast. However, I do have difficulty determining how to use a stylist which is the reason I picked the plan that I did.

Great Quality of Selection! Finally, a service that has high-end quality brands to choose from. Several other rental sites only have clothing items for basic outfits. Thred carries a great mix of timeless classics and statement pieces.

Thred is a great option for men that want to try high end clothes without buying it for high end prices. There are great options no matter your style and the owner Will truly cares about his customers. Finally there’s a rental clothing company for men in the marketplace. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I'm really enjoying being a Thred member so far! For my first shipment, I selected some items that I wouldn't typically buy for myself or that I just wanted to wear to a specific event. I wore one to an event last week, and it was great! The customer service has also been amazing - super friendly, responsive and helpful.

The things I would improve:

1. It'd be great if there was more inventory and more in-stock inventory. When I chose my first items, it felt like options were somewhat limited by availaiblity and what they had in my size.

2. One of the shirts that arrived is a size Small, but was way too big for me - seemed more like a Medium or Large.

Thred offers a very personal touch, it's very easy and fast to reach out for help or questions.

Had a really bad experience with them. I made an order but they cancelled it within 2 days. They wanted me to hand deliver the order to me and asked me to give some dates and times that I'll be available. I just wanted to receive the item like a normal shipment, so I declined. I had enough and just wanted a refund but they rejected my request. I had to go back to my credit card to initiative a charge back. Terrible customer service. AVOID at all cost.
