It has been a useful way to trial the Dyson Airwave before buying. It was easy to return using Royal Mail collection service. I am going to buy the Airwave (once I've saved up!)

This was the first time I used Swished and I will definitely be using it again. Rented a gorgeous designer dress for a fraction of the cost, the communication was excellent and the dress received in plenty of time.

I had an issue with my order and the way they dealt with it is the only reason I’m actually considering giving them another try. My refund was processed very quickly and they were very responsive

The process is easy and the app is great. The challenge is they have questionable listers and they aren’t rated so the only way of finding out is by parting with your money. The dress the lister sent me was torn, dirty and the wrong size. They didn’t use current pictures to reflect the current condition of the dress. After spending £150 they only refunded me £110. Considering I also paid £14 to return the dress, I essentially spent £54 to try a dress from a dodgy renter

I ordered the dress from Natasha Merry. She lists high end dresses but doesn’t take current pictures to reflect the current condition of the dress. I appreciate that the dresses are never going to be perfect but this was pretty bad. To make matters worse, she didn’t apologise or even respond following my complaint. Best to avoid

Really easy to use and fast service
Really good and fast service. I rented a dress for a wedding and shaniece was very friendly and quick to respond with my enquiries about the dress. I loved the dress and I got alot of compliments about it. I will be renting again as it’s so great to choose from a variety of choices which swished offer.

Expensive if item doesn’t fit/isn’t suitable
The delivery and condition of the dress was perfect but unfortunately it didn’t fit. I was only offered a partial refund, so it basically cost over £20 to try a dress on. Yet to receive the refund.

A refund was processed for you as soon as you confirmed the lister agreed, and that she had just asked you to cover her postage as you'd requested next day delivery. Quick and easy process
My dress actually came early, which was great, but it did smell quite strongly of someone else’s perfume which was the only downside. Other than that it was a super quick and easy process and I got so many compliments on the dress itself!

I was in urgent need of that item for an occasion but the seller cannot send it in time. The staff and the owner responded promptly and were greatly kind and helpful that really helped me.

Loved my first experience, coming back for more
This was the first time I rented a dress, and I was SO happy with my experience! The sizes had helpful labels to say whether they were true to size or not. My dress arrived on time and fit perfectly. Sending it back was easy as well - no need to wash. I have a wedding coming up in August, and I’ll definitely be using them again.
