RentSlam is just a company that looks for houses on other websites. To respond on the houses they found for you, you have to register on the website that they found. This means that you pay for someone who looks for houses on Google for you and the actual agent. I took the subscription because of the good reviews, but if I knew that this was the service, then I wouldnot.

Very handy, RS collects almost all offers on the market, which safes your time.

My experience was good. As soon as there was a property avaible on the market for rent, I receive an email and text from RentSlam which in turn increases my chance of responding to the property first. And to be subsequently be chosen amongst the first one for viewings 😊

Receiving the notifications allowing to be the first applying had made a huge difference in our research. We highly recommend!!

First the ads come too late, then not all ads are on their website, and finally quite a lot of the ads are not free to see…

Easy to set up and efficient service.
We could very quickly set out search criteria and almost immediately we started getting matches. The consistency and frequency of listings on our mailbox was impressive. Of course, it took a while to find our home but RentSlam kept sending matches every single day!! Maybe the website is not the most user friendly? Could use some improvement mainly on the layout, to make it look more professional (because in the end it works super well!)
