DON’T RENT THROUGH THEM

These guys suck and had the audacity to ask for a 2-month security deposit, never in my life have I seen this demand. If you’re a slumlord who wants to introduce another bullsh*t middleman layer between you and your tenants then this service is great for you, everyone else should steer clear.

Stay Away At All Cost

Giving this company a rating of one star is still doing them a favor, because it still gives them some sort of light. They need a system where you can rate them a negative star! I've had nothing but issues between marble, the landlord and the apartment I was recently staying in. If it wasn't the loud and noisy tenants upstairs or the spiteful and vindictive landlord, it was marble harassing you to pay fees and sign documents for their own benefits. Yet there is no way to get in contact with them when you have an issue with the apartment smh. Stay far away from this company at all costs, they're crooks!

This company is completely unreliable

This company is completely unreliable. Their after-hours emergency contact number doesn’t even work, making it impossible to reach them when you need urgent assistance. Their app is poorly designed, especially the scheduling system, which makes it frustrating to set up repair appointments. Instead of hiring qualified professionals, they send a general handyman to fix major issues like heating, only for it to break again within a week. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

Garbage company

Garbage company. Their own after hours emergency contact phone number is NOT A WORKING NUMBER. Their app is trash with literally the worst “when are you available for us to fix your repair” calendar ever conceived. They send a “handy man” to fix the heat instead of paying for an actual HVAC tech, and surprise surprise, 1 week later it’s broken again. Avoid these scumbags like the plague.

Renters BEWARE

This company started off promising but quickly turned into a complete nightmare. It seems like they don’t have any proper criteria or inspection checklist for their properties. I first viewed a property on December 24, 2025, and after requesting to apply, it took two days to get approved. When I asked to revisit the property for measurements, they insisted I sign the lease before doing so.

Communication was poor and impersonal—there’s no phone number to call, and no names provided. It felt like I was just interacting with a robot. When I inquired about cameras on the property, I was told they were for security purposes and that the landlord intended to keep them there. However, this was never mentioned in the lease, and I immediately pointed out that it violated my privacy and the lease agreement. Their response was simply to offer a refund for the deposit , but this was on the actual day of move-in, after I had already packed up, paid the movers, and paid the utility deposits.

Additionally, there was a serious fire hazard in the property: the fridge was placed right next to the stove. When I raised this concern, their solution was to simply remove the fridge. No professional inspection or proper resolution was offered.

To date, I have received no communication about the deposit refund. I’m now considering taking legal action against both the landlord and the company. Please avoid this company at all costs. While virtual rental management may sound like a progressive option, I strongly recommend sticking with more established, reputable companies.

I highly DO NOT recommend Marble

I highly DO NOT recommend Marble. They take days to respond, they don’t help with evictions, basic property maintenance, and staying in touch with tenants. I worked with them for a year and they’ve literally just sat on their asses and collected rent. I would never recommend them to anyone. They also allowed a break in in my building because they did not monitor it and refused to be held accountable for it.

Awful, exploitative, manipulative

Awful, the worst experience I’ve ever had. This “management company” is a sham. The rep Aliza Chobanian (if that’s her real name, I searched on social media and she doesn’t exist) is a calculating manipulative individual. She gave me a tour of the place, we discussed move in date and she agreed. I filled out the application on a Saturday, Monday morning she texted me and notified I had been approved and should receive lease agreement that afternoon or Tuesday morning. Not 2 minutes later she texted me again requesting to give her call she stated “I just noticed we’re in similar lines of work” she said she had a question for me. I called her back and she asked for a referral so she could solicit the company. I informed her I’m not able to provide her a referral as I’m in a completely different dept and not associated with dept she wanted me to give her a “soft referral” to. Also as soon as I was “approved” I went to the “Marble” site and the listing price had increased by $200.00. I asked Aliza and she said my lease would be for the price I originally applied for the listing. Long story short I never got the lease agreement, I kept following up texting her and emailing the management comp all week, I just got the run around oh “we’re working on it” you should receive it soon” “waiting on updated version” etcetera, etcetera. Move in date came and I didn’t hear a peep from Aliza or Marble (Mable I believe is a front for “Aliza” in order to get her “referrals” or way for her to exploit perspective tenets for her benefit). STAY AWAY from Marble and their rep Aliza, they’re frauds.
The five star reviews are obviously fake!

Horrible my son was supposed to move in…

Horrible my son was supposed to move in the house Dec. 2nd so far as of Nov. 30th nobody has cleaned the house or fixed anything that is broken and they can’t get the utilities on until it gets inspected. Meanwhile they take your money but you can never talk to anyone. Why would you move into a dirty house??? They then tell them a maintenance man will come fix stuff in a couple of weeks…. REALLY. What a scam. But they made sure they had to sign the contract in 48 hours. They have had over 3 weeks to take care of everything. Don’t go through this company or anyone else who can’t actually pick up a phone and speak directly to you.

Crickets from Marble

I'm trying to onboard tenants who are transferring from a human property manager. The PM is not forthcoming with me so I don't know my tenant phone or email and cannot reach a soul at Marble to save my life to let them know I guessed on contact information. I need to get moving on their new lease, so WTH do I do here except write a review and hope I get follow up by doing so since there's no way to contact Marble otherwise

deceptive practices

This company uses deceptive practices to bolster their revenue stream by putting properties up for rent with an active county tax lien on the property/ property owner. You're not able to see the property until you do an app w them, and now they're refusing to be flexible considering what was found out. If you're a renter looking to rent, I'd stay far away from this company now and in the future.

I am trying to complete the rental…

I am trying to complete the rental application. Their website will not communicate with Experian no matter which browser I use. I tried calling and texting a 904 number that I have for the listing with no response to the issue, as well as calling the 206 number that is on the photograph - that just hangs up on first ring. The 'help' link does nothing. I've been in my current rental for 12 years and my family and I are expanding our business in the fall, so i need to secure and move before then. Is anyone listening?

Hey Rosemarie, sorry you had this experience. From our side, it seems like you were able to get in touch with someone in around ~4 hours from first contact, though the phone system is under much needed improvement. We hope you can find a home for your business by this fall!

Pricing-wise the service is good

Pricing-wise the service is good, but there are certain areas that require improvement.. Perhaps onboarding clients with ready-made solutions. It took a lot of time before they managed to sort our properties and arrange everything.
