I had a wonderful experience with this car rental company during my vacation in Paris. The communication was incredibly fast and efficient — they responded to all my questions immediately and did their best to help with every request. I truly appreciated their friendly and flexible approach. I’m so glad I chose this company, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Met the delivery team outside Milan Cental Station - car was already parked and prepped. I rented a G-Class and it drove like new. Return was fast too, just dropped keys at the hotel desk, these guys made it too easy.

Today is 20.09.2025 and I am updating my review and rating.
After my previous feedback, we were finally contacted by a senior manager. Mr. Yuri reached out to us directly, personally organized the search for our wireless earphones (which were successfully found!) and arranged their delivery. He also did everything possible to resolve the financial aspects of the conflict in a fair way.

We are sincerely grateful that, even though it took some time, the manager personally took responsibility and ensured that all problems were properly addressed.

For this reason, we have updated our rating to 4 stars — and would be glad to raise it to 5 if such level of service continues in the future.

Unfortunately, we encountered two issues during our recent rental experience.

First, there was a scratch on one of the wheels, which we informed your team about in advance and even shared a video. We were told that the amount to be deducted from the deposit would be estimated before the return of the car. However, this did not happen.

When we brought the car back, we were assured that the scratch was minor and that the deduction would not exceed €200. But since we were about to fly out, we were then told that the final amount would be determined after inspection by a specialist. Later, we were presented with a charge of €800 for the damage, without any opportunity for discussion. Our requests to speak with a senior manager were ignored. In the end, we were given a “discount” of €50.

Second, we accidentally left a pair of wireless earphones in the car. While they were still charged, we could see their location via tracking — at the service center, which we understand is where the car was taken for damage assessment. We showed the tracking screenshot to the manager, who promised to pass the information on. However, we were later told that the earphones were "not found."

We have no complaints about the vehicle itself, but we are very disappointed with how these situations were handled.

We ordered a white Range Rover for pickup at our villa in Marbella. Got a black one instead - not a big deal, but not what we expected. Support apologized and offered a small credit. Everything else went well, and the car itself was excellent.

Can’t fault this service, everything easy and smooth from start to finish. Was also instant reply when ever I had a question. They helped organise a hire of Ferrari 488 spider in Amalfi and it was one of the best experiences. The car was perfect in every way and even when many other companies would not offer the service in that region. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for two small sport cars or 1 bigger car to pick up and return at the Vienna airport. I spoke with 5 'luxury car rentals' from DE, CH and AT. All of them claimed to have many cars but in the end no one could arrange the needed car or showed absolutely poor service with lack of basic manners when asked few hard questions. ONLY 1 COMPANY ACROSS EU offered amazing help, service, all the answers as long as needed and cars exactly as looked for & promissed. This company is rentluxecar.com and my contact was Mr. Marian - absolute Professional and Gentleman. I was presented with few car options to choose from & I got some alternatives to my preferences. Marian arranged the delivery to desired location with exact desired car. I was offered very good rental price (comparing to all other rentals) and I received THE BEST communication among all EU rentals. And believe me - this is worth even more than the good price itself. All the questions were answered instantly, the extra favor I needed was met by excellent Marian support. Exact car pictures were provided several days before rental. Car delivered from big distance with 1 minute punctuality. I was a bit concerned before paying the deposit, as it was my first contact with this company, but there was absolutely nothing more I could wish for, than the service and the rental I received from Marian and Rent Luxe Car Company.
I will return here just to get the total experience of this company service, not only the car.
Believe me guys - don't waste your time for other so-called 'luxury rentals', as they can only wish to be a company like this one.

Great experience with this company.

No stress, just fun

Booked a Porsche 911 in Barcelona, had it delivered straight to our hotel. Easy check-in with the rep, who answered all my questions without rushing. The car was a blast to drive through the coast, would book again in a heartbeat.

Picked up a Bentley Continental at Nice airport for my partner's birthday trip. Everything was waiting when we landed, driver was polite, gave a quick walkthrough, and we were off. The car was spotless. Drop-off took two minutes. Felt seamless.

I rented a Mercedes V class AMG 8 seater.

The car brand new and impeccable.
Communication with Marian very fast and very efficient. Pick up within 2 minutes. Drop off same.

I rented a Porsche Cayenne Turbo in Munich. Everything is great, but there is one problem.. Now I want to buy myself the same! The car is just a rocket, powerful, fast, controls perfectly.
The rental process took about 15 minutes, everything was transparent, no surprises. I returned it without any problems. The only thing was that I was nervous a couple of times in the parking lot - the Cayenne is not small, after all, but that's my problem, not the company's.

I am still under the impression of renting a Lamborghini Huracán EVO in Barcelona! This car is pure adrenaline! The sound of the engine, acceleration, controllability - everything is just space. I drove along the coast, enjoying every second.
I was pleased with the service: the car was delivered on time, clean, filled with gas. The staff explained everything, gave recommendations on routes. A very convenient booking process, without unnecessary bureaucracy. If you want to feel a real drive, feel free to book, the emotions will last a long time!

I rented a Ferrari Roma in Milan for 3 days. The car is in perfect condition, the paperwork was quick, the staff were polite. Everything was clear, no problems. I got a lot of emotions from driving! I will come back again.

I rented a Maserati Levante for a week. It's a great car, powerful, comfortable, and ideal for trips around the city and beyond.
Everything went great, the only thing is that the navigation in the car was only in Italian and English, and it would have been more convenient for me in French. Of course, this is a small thing, but it would have been nice if they had warned me right away.
Otherwise, everything is great, the company is reliable, the service is top notch. I recommend it!
