My renting didn’t go through
My renting didn’t go through. Called them & stated booking was cancelled & I will receive money back within 5 to 7 days. That was on July 2, as of today July 26 no reimbursement yet nor a call from any company representative. Please be careful with this, make sure that what all they say it’s true, don’t get same experience I had at counter of the car rental company.

The reservation was cancelled since we needed more information to activate it, we also tried to contact to confirm, but we got no response, nevertheless the refund was completely submitted to the very same card used for the purchase.

I booked an Avis reservation through…
I booked an Avis reservation through RentingCarz and during the process, I was never asked to input my driver's license information. When I when I got to the front desk, I was informed that RentingCarz made my reservation as a Uruguay resident (I have a US driver's license) and that my reservation couldn't be honored. RentingCarz has been entirely unhelpful in resolving this issue and it caused a massive disruption to my trip
