RentBunk was great at first but the last few months my experience has been terrible! I am a tenant and have paid my tenancy in full four months ago. Even though I’ve sent them the receipt they refuse to acknowledge my payments and don’t even respond to emails.

I have had an increasingly negative experience with RentBunk having let my properties with their management help for the past couple of years.
They started off really good but have lacked care and attention in recent months. Now I am getting zero response from my emails to them regarding my tenants contracts.

I was having trouble with my account so emailed in - customer service was wonderful! I dealt with katie and she was so helpful and quick to sort out the problem! 10/10

Bunk and heather there have been great at helping me advertise my flat again for rent. The turnaround to new tenants being in my flat was excellent. The service is prompt, thoughtful and very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience using Bunk. Was sceptical if they could deliver but after receiving 49 viewing requests and 37 offers in the first 4 days I’m never using a high street agent again! System is very easy to use - highly recommend for all portfolio Landlords.

I couldn't recommend Bunk more highly. Actually, I have been recommending them to friends and family. If you want to let your flat, Bunk should be the first port of call. They've found my tenants and manage the property for maintenance and repairs. Excellent. Thanks.

Easy to use and navigate, professional but not overbearing, and achieves an added sense of security for both landlord and tenant alike. Customer service have always been quick to respond to any questions I have and seem really helpful. I would definitely recommend Bunk!

I'm not very keen on five-star reviews because you wonder how discriminating the author is. However, in the case of Bunk, I have no choice. Bunk seems to work on every level. (This gets a bit boring, but I guess if you're a landlord like me, you like things done right, so here goes.) The interface is probably the most natural and intuitive I've encountered anywhere. To the extent that I don't actually notice I've done anything! The system operates (rent collection, letting, certification-reminders etc) without any kind of fuss or tediousness. Plus - most amazing for an online Co. - any time you feel like talking to a real person for real advice, you get straight through to people who couldn't be more helpful. So well done, Bunk, mission accomplished for an effortless letting experience from start to finish. Will you please now go and work for UK Gov so I can actually sort out my tax and Land Registry work with the same ease!! Please don't ever get complacent, keep setting the standards.

Bunk services are really good value. The staff I have dealt with are excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they get things done. Nothing is too much trouble. I also find the website intuitive easy to use.

Highly recommend Bunk to all, I’ve had mostly negative experiences with normal high street agents but Bunk is the polar opposite. My account manager, William, was particularly helpful.10/10

Bunk have been professional and absolutely brilliant. I have used rental platforms before and they have ways been very unfriendly for the user. However the system is great and I have to say the notifications first class. Both landlord and tenant very happy. Thanks bunk!!

Very very easy to use. I had a viewing on a Monday and by the Friday everything was sorted and I had the keys to my new place. Everything was sorted so quickly. The app is great as you can contact your landlord directly by IM chat, report problems, and even look for new properties all in one place. Highly recommend.

My account manager Mr William Parker is a delight to work with, he answers all my questions on time when needed, he also goes that extra mile for you. I’m sure we can all agree this is what we require from a letting agent. I cannot really give the same comments about his colleagues as I do not get the same level of service. 5 stars to Mr Parker.

I would have never imagined the process of searching for a house/moving/renting could be anything less than hell but these guys make it a genuine breeze. So simple, seamless and just easy - it makes you wonder how others get it so wrong to cause the stress they do.
Plus their partnership with Experian is brilliant - I'm clawing my way back from a bad phone bill experience so the fact Bunk make rent payments contribute to my credit score is amazing. Thanks team :)
