RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are definitely not honest. The advertisement about the studios they propose do not match reality.
We paid for an independent studio but got a studio within a co-shared apartment. Since we left the studio after a few days, due to the fact that it was noisy and not matching the ad, RENTAROOM LODZ did refuse to refund at least the security deposit, despite the fact we agreed they keep the first month rent+ the utilities + the admin fees.
They are making profit on the back of foreign Erasmus students which do not know Lodtz and are trusting what they see on the web site.
Truly they are thieves. Stay away from this company or you will lose your money.

Lot's of lies in communication. They keep your time occupied by replying with fake messages. They not calling back or picking up the phone after promising a lot. False statements or having advertisements with same apartments with different prices on different internet sites.

Will never do business with them. Lack of trust.

Dishonest people, move on and avoid doing business with these people at all costs. Too bad we can't put 0 stars.
