Fraudsters!!
I asked them to manage my AirBnb property.
Huge mistake!!!
Very poor communication, they were slow and didn't do what I asked them to do, did not care about my interests properly. When I stopped our agreement they stopped responding and didn't pay the last payout.

Used our properties for their contractors always had problems paying, promised to pay just left last moment with out paying. Also failed to pay for extras they wanted. Mirza unreliable and not trustworthy

This company is a fraud, they took on a property from a landlord and didn’t pay the rent after using it with their clients for Airbnb. Their customer service is appalling, with no responses from management upwards. Would highly suggest stay away from them for any kind of business.

Much like other ripped-off customers, it's a 1 star from me. Booked and paid in full for a property in May. Advised mid-August it was no longer available and asked to provide bank details for a refund. 2 weeks and 6 ignored emails later they still have our money. I also called and spoke to a guy who didn't make much sense. Fortunately I pushed to pay on a credit card so my bank can deal with them instead of me.

Awful service - we booked and paid for a property last September which we were meant to stay in next week - they cancelled our booking in July, didn't inform us, we had to find out when we tried to get more info, and 7 weeks later we are still waiting for a
refund. Call centre staff are working on a script and can't answer questions, lack of response to multiple emails
Book at your own risk !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Scam Scam Scam. Took my money for a 2 bed apartment and surprise surprise no details to get in so I contacted them. A bloke called Jeff I the Philippines confirmed the property was no longer listed and that they had no records. After sending the confirmations and emails he said he would organise a refund. Ha ha the number no longer answers🤬🤬 DO NOT EVER USE RENTA THEY DO NOT EXIST

Would highly recommend, both times I’ve booked, I’ve been given a very tidy, well kept accommodation. they’ve been very understanding and willingly have gone above and beyond for my needs and also, thanks to Zaid for being compliant and helpful when we needed help to get around

I wanted to leave a review because honestly the team at Renta have been truly helpful in my investment journey.

Zaid and the team listened well and drafted a plan to tackle all obstacles my property is facing.

So far my journey with Renta has been refreshing and I hope to further expand my portfolio under their supervision and guidance.

I had a really good stay in Southampton last week. Very clean and tidy apartments. I have been using them for the last 8 months. So far spot on!

Used Airbnb to rent one of their properties, after the deposit was paid, the house was changed due to a formulated ‘leak’ in the property. We got moved to a horrible house with a door that took us 30 minutes to get in due to a broken handle.

No response from the host on any matter, broken furniture, maggots in the beds, and many more issues.

We drove past the house with the supposed leak and there was another family in there.

Will also be taking rents properties to court.

Complete scam.

Our stay in Reading was fantastic! The flat was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the area, the staff gave us great advise on where to go and eat. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay with Renta

I recently stayed at one of Renta's properties for a six-week business trip and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, which made my extended stay extremely comfortable.

The customer service team at Renta was remarkable. They were always available and quick to respond to any inquiries or needs I had. For example, when I needed extra bedding and a few kitchen supplies, they delivered them promptly without any hassle.

Additionally, the location of the property was perfect for my needs, close to local amenities and transport links. Renta made my business trip a lot easier and more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Renta for anyone looking for high-quality, reliable accommodation services.

Dodgy scammers !!

We booked a property through booking .com for a property in Southampton and they moved us to a totally different property 5km away. They gave us the choice of moving out or staying … but where were we to go?

We are after partial compensation but they just ignore you so we are now taking legal action … I work in the field so am lucky.

Could all have been easily solved for a couple of hundred pound but I think they think they can do anything … well they can’t

Don’t trust them and use them at your peril.
