Rough old beat up car.

The car was covered in dents and by the time I had arrived at my destination 30mins later, the car sounded like it would not get very far.
When I arrived at 1am in the morning, the staff member recommended I photograph the car. The car certainly was not 2023 or newer, it was a rough beat up old car that they have now taken $3000 from me, stating that the dents were caused by me, even with the photographic proof.
We could not use the car for our trip and used my fathers instead.
No, I could never recommend this company and would suggest that you avoid at all cost.

They don't know what's going on in there own compony.
My car was canceled les than 24h before pick up, and costs was already deducted from my account. Took me 4 hours to sort it out.

I hired a car through the rentalcars247…

I hired a car through the rentalcars247 web site and was quoted Australian dollars but on my credit card they charged me US Dollars. When reading through their terms and conditions it plainly states that all transactions are in NZ Dollars. How deceitful and and untrustworthy can a company get. Save your money and go with a more reputable company that has a better track record than these guys.

Great experience

Great experience. I booked a vehicle on the website from Australia. The whole online booking was simple. It allowed me to find the most suitable vehicle for our needs. I have used booking sites that have hidden fees but booking directly meant all expenses were from the rental company directly. The vehicle we hired online was exactly what we got. The pick up from the airport was easy. Checking out and checking in the vehicle was great and the customer service was amazing. The fact that the rental company is open 24/7 means that you will have no issues with having to wait for a car rental company to open if you are catching early morning flights or trying to find transport from the airport to the rental company and back if outside of their opening hours. I would definitely recommend.
