Chaotic Company with Many Excuses
We asked for the two carpets to be fetched from our house which was agreed. The company did not come. When we phoned, the lady said that the person we had spoken to had “forgotten” to mention it to the person who organised deliveries. So we took them to Farum ourselves and agreed that they would be delivered to us the following week on their normal round.
The day of the delivery, we checked to see we were in the list. We were not. The lady tried a series of excuses: the carpets were not ready, they were ready but not on the delivery truck as they “thought” that we would fetch them ourselves (we had made it clear that we wanted them delivered). Why didn’t they phone to check.
Perhaps the cleaning is OK, but the organisation is chaotic with ready excuses for underperformance. Would avoid them and go for a more professional organisation,

We know that does not make it less frustrating for you, so we do apologize for any trouble it have caused you.
That being said, we are surprised by your impression that we were making “excuses,” as this does not reflect how we work or communicate internally. We take our work seriously and pride ourselves on delivering both high-quality cleaning and reliable service. Which we have been doing for more than 65 years since 1958.
