It's making my skin better

I love this product. Feels so nice on my face.

So I ordered this product with scepticism but I have used it for a week now and feel that my fine lines have got smoother.

The delivery ordering is easy
The cream and applicator are great
Haven't used it long enough yet to give 5 stars

The product itself is actually good. The customer service and ability to log into your account and cancel your subscription however, is terrible. Never have I known to have an ‘account’ where you have no password, but have to wait for a link to be sent to your e-mail. If they want something from you, the link is there instantly. If you want something from them, the link does not arrive so you e-mail customer care who respond with an AI robot. Defo a red flag for me so cancelled my subscription but had to send multiple e-mails to get past the ‘bots’. A shame really as the product itself is really good if not a little on the expensive side.

Been using for three months now, I can't see any improvement with my skin.

I have been using the 0.01% Nightly Active Treatment for about three weeks and can see an improvement in my sun damaged skin already. This is so confidence giving. I only had a few spots break out on my chin as an initial reaction and now will be using the 0.025%. The measured dose in the tube makes it easy to use the correct amount. Customer service is reliable and helpful if a little long winded to use.

The prescriptiin came so fast as stated
The prescribed is working well with visible results
I happy as i have a very sensitive skin of which i did not react and no current adverse raection so far
I would want other skin care to use like moisturise so that they can work together

The sample cream That I was sent to use at night made my skin feel sensitive at first but was fine later and made my face feel more soft and tighter

The face cream has left my skin so soft and hydrated. The fine lines look less visible

It was fast delivery but dont see any difference was able to cancel subscription

I have been using for a little while but have to say I have not noticed any difference anywhere.
It is nice to use and like how specific quantity administered.
Maybe time will tell

This cream is amazing from first use skin feels softer my pigmentation is already beginning to brighten after just 2 weeks use very very happy can’t wait to see results after 6 months absolutely brilliant.
