THE SMELL is unbearable! After washing twice and soaking in conditioner this wig STILL smells like roadkill.

I saw a wig on their website and decided to give it a try worst decision ever the wig sheds like crazy it's supposed to be glueless the wig is so big on my head with the straps I would never order from this company again worst wig I've ever put

Biggest scam on instagram!!!! The wigs used to advertise are not what you will get.. the wig the will send you is from AliExpress and very cheap, The cap is small,the hair is not full and not even close to what they advertise.They also pretend that the wig is made in USA therefore using American influences to advertise they crappy,unexceptabel, plastic wigs. DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM I LOST 300 usd for a wig that don’t even fit on my head

They sent me the wrong wig and color but I had to wear it didn't have time to return it and it was done wrong and color I ordered a black one and got a brown one money waisted i do hair the tracks wasn't in there right had several beauticians check it out

If I could rate them a negative 59 star I would. This company is a major problem in the hair industry. I ordered hair from their company & they gave me the wrong length & style. I ordered a 20in & was given 26in with horrible non-HD lace. I order this back in May 2024. I returned the wig & for OVER 2 months they were giving the run around and all the excuses in the book. I laughed because these scammers didn’t realize I paid through PayPal and so I disputed the charge & provided every info to PayPal how big of a scam they really are. Remy forte would email me saying please cancel dispute so that we can refund you. This was total lies. They wanted me to cancel dispute with PayPal so they could keep giving me the run around for 1 year. Well I’m here to tell you on 07/11/24 I escalated the case because they must think this a joke frrr. And today 07/17/24 the case won in my favor with PayPal & I’m getting my moneyyyy back. This company can go to hell for how they treat customers that uphold their end of the refund process. Remy forte I hope your business tarnishes in every country for how you treat people. Stealing people’s hard earn money will never truly make you successful. Be kind and produce nice quality hair. Even if your website is all about synthetic hair at least let customers know and choose that because some people like such hair. Anywho thanks to PayPal for favoring me & helping me win my case!

I order from Remy forte, the hair was the wrong color and length. I returned the product and the owner gave every excuse possible to not refund my money and still have not. It's has been a month now. BE AWARE, before you buy. I wish I had seen the previous reviews before I bought mine. They are a fraud.

BAD BUSINESS …NO REFUND & NO RETURN ! (DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ).. And you have pay for the return to China yourself .. which is very expensive.

Be aware of this company Remy Forte wigs.i began with many questions relating to wigs, the responses were prompt, I was convinced I will finally have a company that’s honest and thus far customer service. I proceeded to order me a 14 inch reddish brown wear and go wet & wavy. Order took a bit longer then normal, I say well it’s coming from China and emailed to get an update, continued getting we’ll provide tracking number once shipped, took approximately 12-13 days to get this tracking number, wig finally arrived about 14 days. Get the package, opened to check out the wig I was so excited to get. Boi was I disappointed, the wig barely had hair around the edges and top. I messaged the company and told the lady whoever made this wig did a poorly job. Prior to me ordering I strictly stated I do not do middle parts, I only wear deep side parts. Guaranteed me the wig could do side part. This was mentioned several times what my expectations were. After letting this lady know how disappointed I was and about the wig, she tells me it’s thin like that because it’s for middle parting, I told this Moran I indicated I don’t wear middle parting prior to ordering multiple times. We communicated ongoing about this matter, then was telling me only for side parts it has to be 13x4. I’m not familiar with lace sizing and I believed her. Then I began noticing how the wig prices kept changing rather quickly, while emailing back and forth I continued to monitor this without saying anything to her. I asked how do you fix this jacked up wig and make it right? She offered to refund me, had me verify my shipping info to mail me a return label, I told her due to her customer service and fast response getting back if I just keep the wig and my next order be discounted by much, she agreed to give me 20% discount as long as the wigs that’s already marked down. Ok fine. As I began my looking I’m still noticing prices still fluctuating, still did not mention anything yet, each wig I picked out I get told can’t do a side part, then she sends me a link for wigs, they were something my grandmother wouldn’t wear. Example of price gouging a wig was marked over $600 which the week I’ve been on this site has never seen the price that high, I go back 20 minutes later the price was changed to a little over $300. Messages are limited to so many words which I often have to do two or three, notice she or he would skip over many of the messages and never answer the appropriate questions or explanations. Just recent I called them out on the price changing and the codes were not adding up, each discount code you enter was not giving the accurate discount, never answered for the reason, I also asked on many occasions where is my 20% discount code? No answer for that, only ask is this the wig I want to order, I put in the code they have on there site and discount was total $280, then it jumps up to $300, I questioned that as well, no answer. I can go on and on with this. Just know this company should be shut down for scammers customers out there money and jacking up prices ongoing to get people’s money, beware of those codes they have on there as well, I’m now requesting my money back for sure, thank goodness I only spent $128 for this piece of crap wig. They will come off to be very caring and nice the whole nine, don’t let any of that fool you.

I would rather give the Remy wig company a zero, not one star. It's a scam. Do not order from Remy wigs!!! I paid $220. and didn't receive what I ordered. I can't wear it! It's awful! The cut, the curls, a joke! And, it's like a helmet on my head. I sent them a picture, like they asked. They said they will compensate me 15 percent of what I paid and can keep the wig. I can't use the wig! I was told that if I return it, I have to pay to ship it to China (it wasn't shipped from China) and also pay a restock fee. I wasn't told how much the restocking fee will cost. So, there's nothing I can do but suck it up and accept that I've been scammed. This company should be closed down!

I had a reply eventually from NANCY @REMYWIG telling me they did not send me a wig I must have bought it from another company lol
Iv sent emails iv kept from them to me confirming my order number and payment.
How dull do these people think we are
I will continue fighting for a full refund

DO NOT BUY! The product that was advertised looks nothing like what I received. It did not have lace hairline as advertised. The hair is shiny and looks plastic. The quality of as that of a kid’s Halloween costume wig. I want a refund.

I spent 85.98 and they took 6 weeks to get here with a crushed package and a burnt wig which aren't REAL. My halloween wig looks better than these. One was burnt on the top why I don't know. The other was greenish not blonde and they didn't have a normal part on top. I could barley get them on my head, they are kid play wigs. They also had a odor to them..GROSS!
I emailed them and they said they will return me 30.00 out of the 85.98...WHY?? If they were sincere and honest they would refund me ALL my money. They said send them back to china and they will refund you. 😂🤣🤬 SO DON'T ORDER FROM THEM AND LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ONLINE I WISH I DID. I wouldn't give it them any stars its a JOKE! It's all crap💩 I wish I could add the pictures on here to show you. This was the email they sent me another JOKE!

I ordered 3 wigs and what arrived was nothing like what was advertised. They were very poorly made. 2 of 3 were so thing the caps were visible through the hair and one of the those had the hairline set so far back the cap was clearly visible in front. The third wig was melted and matted at the top. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

If I could give a 0 I would, I ordered these wigs and when I got them it was nothing like the videos. Its not lace front, its not human hair, the strap is flimsy, there are no hairlines and when I contacted them they told me "well you get what you pay for"..... wait what? False and deceptive advertising DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Absolute waist of Money!!! False advertising all the way, I could buy a better quality wig from the local fancy dress shop. They are very unhelpful when wanting your money back and you have to pay for the shipping to return them. Do not believe their reviews on their site. Do not waste your money!!!

Look so realistic on the photos but when it arrived it looks so fake in person! Wouldn’t buy again

The wigs you recover not what you see in the picture and description.
I emailed them and explained that everything that was advertised was not correct and they replied, all wigs and descriptions differ from the wigs that they sell. They are cheap, tacky, and a waste of money. All the pictures on their site are on other sites, probably stolen.
