I loved the idea of being able to split…
I loved the idea of being able to split drumloops by stems, and this does a decent job. My main complaint is the UI and function of the app. I bought this with the hope, that while the app was rough, it would improve over time. It’s been months with no major improvements, and no bugs being fixed. It’s really kind of a let down because the stem separation does work, but without fixing the obvious problems, it seem like you guys are just getting your $15 a month from loyal supporters, and just ignoring the glaring issues. I hate to complain, but if you’re going to make a subscription based service, SERVICE is the key, and at $15 a month it doesnt feel worth it.

We have quite a large user base (including ourselves!) and we're not currently aware of any major UI or functionality bugs present in the app! Of course, the subscription service should feel worth the cost for everyone, so please get in touch and let's make sure this is resolved for you!
Software works well however....
Software works well and aside from some light artefacts it does what it says, however I think it is grossly overpriced considering the core code is opensource software other people have created and they have just added a GUI. Don't get me wrong there is value added in doing that but after finding this out it feels a little disingenuous to charge so much.

a bit scammy way of forcing subscription plus a lot of spam on my email which I didn't subscribe to. I never used it as I didn't realize it was an app not a plugin, which makes is rather useless

We're sorry you haven't enjoyed your experience. We would like to state for the record we do not force subscriptions for any of our products or services. Our application has both a subscription version and a perpetual license version and our free trial is available without any commitment to buy. Customers are and have always been free to choose their purchase preferences.
The product does work as advertised and we only charge customers for licensed use of the software and we take payments via reputable third party payment processing services in accordance with all applicable laws. Thus we don't feel 'scammy' is a fair representation of our offering.
We do not use the term 'plugin' when referring to our application, it has always been standalone.
As a customer you only receive information relating to your order (i.e. order confirmation and download / serial codes, and a trustpilot review prompt for your order). We do not send customers any marketing emails unless they opt-in, and they can unsubscribe at any time if they have chosen to opt-in. Your email provider may erroneously classify certain emails related to your order as 'spam' - it can be helpful to mark these as 'not spam' to help train your inbox for future correspondence.
We're more than happy to provide hands-on support for users that need assistance with getting to grips with a workflow for using the app. While we appreciate that the app won't be for everyone, we don't feel it's fair to label it 'useless' in your review as this might come across confusing for new or prospective users that the experience suits.

The software works just ok
The software works just ok. I couldnt get files that disnt have some weird little noises (which is fine, but not good).
Then ask for a subscription for it is waaay to steep. We probably will get some other software or AI thing doing it better for a lot less.
Im sorry to put this so bluntly, but I hink you will understand. Keep up the work.
