FinALLY REACHED A TECH WHO WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. hE WAS FAST AND SPOKE CLEARLY
i DO NOT SPEAK TAGALOG. THE TECHS WHO DO OFTEN SPEAK ENGLISH VERY RAPIDLY WHICH MAKES IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. tHEY ALSO HAVE STANDARD LINES THAT THEY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SAY WHICH SLOW DOWN NORMAL INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION. aDDITIONALLY WHEN A CLIENT IS CALLING AND NEEDS A PROBLEM SOLVED A LONG ADVERT ABOUT A SPECIAL DEAL YOU ARE OFFERING IS NOT WELCOME. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO ADVERTIZE. NOT IN THIS VENUE. IT IS DISTRACTING ANDANNOYING.
