I ordered a replacement remote for my Toshiba SE-R0240.
The remote I received is a standard remote in which a program is loaded by the seller.
When I received it, at first it didn't work, but I contacted them and they replied straight away. They sent me a code so I could reprogram it myself from home. Problem solved in 5 minutes, so they deserve a 5* review.

Shipping took some time, but understandable due to Chinese New Year. I ordered the wrong remote but was helped quickly and effectively to reprogram very easily and quickly. Very good after sales service. Would recommend them.

The remote control perfectly replaces the original of my Eltax AVR-900 amplifier, moreover, even if there is no user manual, it is still provided a small booklet showing the two remote controls and indicating the correspondence of the keys.

Just received my new remote. It is a nice quality and it works very good with our LG flat-screen.

After receiving the remote, the remote didn't work, because I have put the wrong model name into the order. The seller helped my by sending a detailed instruction on how to reprogram the remote to fit the correct device. The reaction time was fast and the support very friendly and helpful.

Ordered a replacement remote for my AV receiver and had moderate expectations from this as it was direct from overseas and the picture didn't match the original remote.
However, the remote was sent with a decent tracking link from China and arrived after 2 weeks.
After a slight issue with compatibility with my AV receiver the people at Remotes World answered my queries insanely fast and provided instructions to reprogram the remote to my specific model number.
Many of the buttons don't match the original but once I got used to the substitutions it does everything I need. I was quite pleased considering the low price and difficulty finding a replacement elsewhere.

Ordered over 1.5 months ago and now I'm forced to pay taxes and declaration of half the cost that I already paid. Would've been cheaper and taken shorter time just to order an original remote from the manufacturer as I intended from the beginning.
Gave them an extra star since I actually got money back because two orders where made becaude of lagging site.

When I received my remote they had instructions to download settings from a website. Unfortunately there were issues in getting the needed information downloaded to the remote. The representatives went above and beyond to ensure I had a properly working remote up to eventually sending me another remote that was already preprogrammed as they eventually determined the issue was on their end with the website. I would recommend their company and services! I am unaware of many companies who would go through the lengths they did to ensure customer satisfaction on a $20.00 item. Thanks! Kelly Hebert
