Customer Service Responded
Got a response from customer service. Remote still didn't work and they were unable to help us with the correct remote. The company issued a refund.
Received a remote that was supposed to be a replacement for a BOSE remote. The remote does not work and we have reached out to customer service with no reply.

Hi need urgent help

Incompatible remote
I ordered a remote control branded as compatible with the Avermedia GAME CAPTURE HD II. The remote control delivered does not match and is not compatible. I have tried to contact support several times for tracking and then to exchange. I have not received any feedback from them.
