The one star review may be unfair, because I never actually worked with anyone from the company. I filled out the forms, and immediately received an email from one of their employees. I responded, and tried to set up a time when we could speak. A couple more auto generated emails came through, with no acknowledgment of my efforts to book a time to talk. I was given a number, which I called a couple of times, and left messages. Nothing. That was a week ago. Not a place I'd feel comfortable doing business with, with no one responding in a timely fashion, or answering my questions.

We used Remoters.io to work with a property hunter for finding a rental in Rotterdam.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
While we understand that the market there is highly competitive and difficult, our assigned hunter barely proposed any options within our budget, even though she accepted our case knowing exactly what we could afford. On top of that, the assigned hunter (Gaelle) misrepresented our professional and financial situation to an agent, despite having full access to our documents.
We understand this was obviously not done in a malicious way, but it seems unprofessional to be lying about your clients.

When addressing this issue, the company’s support acknowledged the error but ultimately refused to take responsibility beyond the minimal refund, leaving us to resolve the situation ourselves.

While we eventually found a place on our own, this experience highlighted a lack of professional oversight and accountability from both the hunter and the platform.

I hope Remoters.io improves their quality control and ensures their hunters represent clients accurately and professionally in the future.

The flat was booked within 2 days,
Far quicker than we had expected.

Everything was handled smoothly,
From receiving the access codes,
To signing the tenancy agreement.

The Williamsburg apartment is lovely,
Great facilities, (gym, etc)
Booking my son in a building with many students really put my mind at ease.
