TERRIBLE PLATFORM TO WORK WITH : LOSING CUSTOMERS ID?
Particularly I would NEVER recommend this platform to anyone . It has generated mistrust and lack of seriousness by asking for a second time to verify your identity by submitting again confidencial documents that have been already submitted 4 months ago ! And it has been already verified and still valid for 5 years . So when I contacted the chat all I was given was very flaky arguments about the reasons why and they very adamant to dismiss the conversation if I wasn’t submitting my ID again . I can understand as I expressed to them , info like home address or email or phone number needs to be updated but the ID? In any platform if the ID is expired it will automatically stop the service . Hence I don’t understand why asking me for my ID again .where has the previous verification gone? Have they lost my ID? What are they doing with it I wonder . Please do not submit any for of ID again if you have been verified in less than 6 month by the moment the account was to be open. Really BAD customer service . They don’t care loosing customers . Fortunately , there are other platforms which are more professional than this .

Very slow we page and app…
The transfer got to the recipient in 5 minutes but the website and app never open and takes forever to load, I am not impressed with the app and Web and it is shame as the grabbers work very well.

WoW! Pleasantly surprised and really happy about how fast the service is. I’ve never sent money to Venezuela but I sometimes do transfers to Italy and they take ages through a bank account.
This service was incredibly my fast and reliable.
