Constantly matting!
Used Remi cachet for around 6 years and this recent weave has been awful. I experience constant matting whether dry or wet. Taking me 20+ minutes to fully brush the hair which is then causing breakage due to excessive brushing. Even when dry and styled within half an hour they are matted top to bottom. Can’t leave the house without a brush. Honestly cannot believe the amount of money I’ve spent on a luxury range of hair I cannot get a brush through. I’ve had the hair in for just under 6 weeks. I have videos where it is taking me 3 minutes to brush one small section of hair top to bottom. Really disappointed at the decline in quality from Remi Cachet.

Poor quality Exclusive range…
I have been using the Exclusive range for many years, recently bought new ones and definitely not the same quality, having speaking to my hairdresser she said that their supplier had been changed would not buy again and will look for a better quality

The hair is of beautiful quality and it arrives quickly. I don't like that I have to be around to sign for it when it's delivered. I set it up so I wouldn't have to be but apparently that's not a setting that saves. It has to be set up for each order. I also think the shipping fees are really high for such light weight items bit the website is easy to use and the orders arrive fairly quickly.

Horrible customer service & product
I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service & the quality of the new extensions since the switch of locations. I’ve used remi for 4 almost 5 years now and would get 1-1 1/2 years out of my hair. This time in December I had ordered the same hair 24” and 3 months later my hair is 17” so thin broken and shot and all they told me to take them out and ship them & they’ll analyze them. I use high end products and have never had issues! I will not be returning to get another set and waste my money I am highly disappointed! I now have to search for new hair. What a shame.
