I met some great people and just might have found what I needed most. A local mentor. This from the Shark Tank segment.
I had to leave early to catch flight, but already had Sidoti's program.
I think the speed intro portion needs to be expanded, but I did compensate by circulation in the foyer. I want to do this again to meet more folks.
It is refreshing to mix with enthused types who will be determined to succeed.

I've been a student for almost 2 years, and I love it. Most of the people are helpful and super friendly. I would recommend it.

Great organization that makes everyone feel like family while teaching you everything that you need to know.

Excellent education for any one serious about real estate. Amazing team. Jeannie is always available and her advice is fantastic. Jermaine also always helpfully.
Dave Lindahl does what he teaches and is super busy but also willing to help get his students be successful. Jeff his brother is also amazing. I have learned so much so .

It was a truly networking event, as promised especially for those just starting this business and trying to generate funds for their deals. It was also great to witness the success of others.

The quality of this program, the instructors and coaches is exemplary. Years of investment experience is broken down into actionable steps. I highly recommend this program.

Great Information for those starting out or veterans of the multi-family investor community. The Shark Tank session was extremely helpful and gives one confidence in investing. The vendors had very useful products and services. In addition, they took as much time as needed to help the participants of the event to understand the value they could bring to your business. I signed up already for next year.

RE Mentor was the jumpstart we needed to take our real estate investing firm to the next level without having the headache of trying to figure it out by ourselves! The systems and mentorship allowed us to scale our business immediately.

Education is excellent. In addition, professionals with real field experience share their knowledge - invaluable. UP#18 afforded plenty of networking opportunities that is worth its weight in gold. The service of the RE Mentors staff is beyond comparison. The whole event was top notch! Enjoyed every minute of it. It is a seven star program.

The website is a little dated in appearance and layout. There are hyperlinks in places where I would not expect them, and no hyperlinks in places that I would expect them. Some clicks get you to areas where you need to re-enter your password but it's not clear why. I expect that this website has grown significantly over the years and could significantly benefit from a redesign to better convey it's current content, and appear more professional.

Loved the event, it was a great step in work on scaling our business.

I have attended 2 Re Mentor events. Both events were informative and well presented. I plan to attend many more.

Integrity is everything in this business, and Dave delivers in spades. His RE mentor coaching is overpriced, however he's just making up for the many years that his material was underpriced. If you have the discipline to follow his home study course, you will succeed regardless. Have the courage to send 2 or more LOIs per week, and tell everyone you meet what it is that you do, and you will evenutally buy your first apartment building.

RE Mentor is an outstanding organization. I heartily recommend RE Mentor to new or experienced investors!

Just returned from UP18. Great to see new and old acquaintances. Liked some presentations but did feel there was too much emphasis on "pitching" products. Understand you have to pay for events through sponsorship, but in my mind, pitching should be done in the hallways and on the floor with sponsor booths. Give us more education.

Regardless, I think the REMentor team is first class and they do an outstanding job assisting me and others.
