I saw this company a few years ago at a crufts stand, I was chatting to the staff even though my dog was healthy all those years ago, I knew this was what I wanted for her.
Since her passing I ordered the beautiful personalised frame, from ordering to receiving it was very quick. Its absolutely perfect.

I could not recommend Remembered Forever enough! My frame is beautiful and so meaningful to me. The team at Remembered Forever were so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to get my frame perfect. They sent mock ups and never made me feel like I was being a pain with any little changes! The frame is beautiful and arrived well protected. It’s something I will treasure forever as a memorial for our little fur baby.

We recently lost Max, our American Bulldog, due to old age. It was important to us to have the right memorial keepsake to honour Max and help our family though an incredibly tough time.

After a lot of research, we decided to purchase a Pet Collar & Tag Keepsake Frame (12x10"), where we had the option to keep his ashes in if we wanted to. The purchase process was simple, communication was clear and quick and we had a mock up the very next day.

No one wants to need to buy an urn for a loved one, especially when they have passed unexpectedly. That said, I now cannot imagine using any other company but Remembered Forever for this big step. I bought a frame/ashes holder for my dog who passed. Given that this will be his last resting place, I wanted it to be perfect and I had a lot of anxieties about whether the pictures I sent were of good enough quality. Beautiful memorial of our beloved boy. We used the online tool to select our photo which really helped. It would be great if the files could be uploaded at this point however when you go to order you have to send the image again. You also have to send the text too. The emails are responded to quickly and the proof is sent before printing. We selected the optical glass and its great as it cannot be seen. The frame is well made and sent in good packaging with tracking information. A very professional service.

The pet ashes frame, customer service and quick shipping to the US exceeded all expectations! The frame is absolutely beautiful and is such high quality. I heard from Catarina almost immediately after placing my order- not only was she very kind and helpful, but I was so pleasantly surprised just how quickly she responded throughout the entire process (which was also super easy!).
