Every contact with reMarkable is fruitful and j get a great feeling that tge support team are definately interested... and very helpful.
I'm on my second unit, reMarkable 2,and saving up for the 'Move' which I can already see is going to be helpful when I'm on 'the move'.
I really think handwriting is my forte for creative and interesting writing.

Still learning how to make the most from it. However, much more writing-like experience than using conventional tablets. Did have some Firewall issues during installation of the desktop app. However, very helpful and proficient support team.
It truly is remarkable!
Remarkable has transformed the way I work, it is used daily for site notes, drawings, sketches, meeting notes etc. I can draft and share via email via a touch of a button, the synch with the remarkable cloud is also instant. The ability to import PDFs and mark them up is also great and used daily. I have just upgraded from the Remarkable 2 to the Paper Pro and my daughter now uses the RM2 for A level studies.
No fuss, no distractions, it does what it is designed to do. Great battery life also.

Really (really) Poor customer serivce, and refusal to acknowledge cancellation request.
The "escalation to a specialist" seems to be a theme for this company. Why do the support team need to escalate the fact they failed to deliver the order (without informing it was delayed until they were contacted), a product specialist isnt required to refund (which is what I asked for the second time when no "specialist" actioned the "escalation") or give an ETA (which is what i asked the first time). Id give this company a wide birth - maybe its because they are all excited about their new product launch, but their refusal to even talk to me about cancelling the order is pretty concerning.

ReMarkable is one of thise, "one in a million" companies. I have been a ReMarkable user for years and have/would recommend them to everyone I ever meet. The products are miles beyond the competition and the customer service is completely unmatched. There are VERY few companies that I would give such a high rating to and ReMarkable is most definately one of them.

From product to support, reMarkable raises First Principles to an Art. The Product is the most useful piece of technology I've ever owned, Website is clear and uncluttered, Cloud Storage is seamless, and Customer Support is immediate without the tedious barrage of time wasting hurdles.
Great device, poor customer service
I ordered the reMarkable 2 from the company's own website and paid immediately, having first checked with the (very responsive) on-line chat team that it could be delivered in time for my daughter's birthday. I was promised max 6 working days to delivery. 2 days after I paid I got an email saying our address was wrong (which it wasn't) and could I clarify, so I sent an email with the google maps link in it. After another couple of days, and with 3 or 4 different customer 'service' agents involved, the order was finally put through to their warehouse. I was then informed it might take 3 working days to dispatch and another 6 with the courier, so woudl arrive too late. So I bought one on Amazon, which arrived the next day. The device is excellent in most ways, although the screen is not as responsive to hand gestures as one might expect for a phone for example.

I am very happy with my reMarkable Paper Pro. Once I had a minor issue and so I reached out for the service. They offered a quick and easy solution, that solved the issue.
Order delayed, customer support with useless responses
Order delayed. First time I contacted through live chat with a person, they said they would "escalate" the situation with their "specialists" and make sure that things get "expedited", by the end of the week. Contacted them again 2 times, 1 after the week had ended, and they said that that they could do nothing more, because the case had already been "escalated" and refered to their so called specialists. I even paid 19 euros extra for faster shipping. Knowing that my order wouldn't get shipped in due time, I would definately not have paid for that, especially since the tablet is expensive.
Apalling customer service - and still no product.
I’ve been a reMarkable 2 user for a couple of years, and love the product, so was excited to see the new ‘paper pro move’ version released.
I made the mistake of ordering direct from the company.
Since then, after a day off work waiting for delivery, the product has ended up in Finland (I’m in the UK) and not moved for days. ReMarkable customer service has been appalling - ‘looking into it’ - with no followup or further communication, and what appears to be a complete lack of action or interest in resolving the issue.
I should have ordered from Amazon Prime, it would have got here next day.
Will have to seek resolution through payment provider, as reMarkable don’t appear to give two hoots about their customers.

I am using remarkable since its first days and the remarkable1 has been issued. I won't miss it and enjoy to have a writing/ thinking/ drafting/ reading tool without any distractions. To get and hold focus is more important than ever before and remarkable supports me fantastically!
This unreliable product lasted 5 months…
This unreliable product lasted 5 months before the screen broke. We took great care in ensuring that it was looked after and it was never dropped. The screen just stopped working one day and we were accused of accidental damage which is not covered on the warranty. What a waste of money. Going to get an iPad instead. Don't waste your money on a ReMarkable!

Crazy expensive device that doesn’t hold up to daily travel demands. Screen is distorted after 6 months and unlike an iPad that you can’t replacement replace screen, remarkable forces you to buy a new device all together. It’s a racket

This is the MOST MESSED UP company on planet Earth! I can't even get my email address to be revised and the "Help" team, shouldn't even be able to be called the ... On top of that....the sheer level of incompetence delivered by reMarkable seems that it REALLY should never be referred to as reMarkable by ANYONE! Oh...not only can I not change my email address...I was told the subscription I bought...can't be transferred????
