Everything was great at first
Everything was great at first, shipping was quick, got my transmission in a timely manner, when it came to shipping back my old core, it has been a nightmare. I’ve scheduled many pickups, and now they took $1000 out of my account because they can’t seem to pick up the transmission. I called the dealership I had my new transmission put in and they said they DID pick it up and I still haven’t received my refund like they said I would. I called and they stated they can’t track it so it wasn’t picked up, so I had my bf call and she called me back instantly and said they all of a sudden was able to find the core and that I should have my money soon. This has been ongoing for months now. I do not recommend this company.

We received the core back on July 22nd and you were credited on July 24th. We are happy to hear that the transmission is working well for you.
