Fast and friendly service

Excellent customer service, Tim, ext. 1919. They had stock on the engine at multiple locations. Fair pricing and excellent warranty.

They had my engine in stock. Everything in purchasing was direct and streamlined
Finished everything quickly on my phone.

Shelly was absolutely the best. She clearly understood my needs and provided excellent suggestions.

The layout is nice and simple and easy to understand.

i have been waiting over a week to talk to someone about my issue. Cannot talk to anyone, Phone calls not returned. I got my engine with some wrong gaskets. I have a claim number wc263251. I now have been transfered 3 times, on hold for over 30 minutes, ate my lunch while holding for a person to talk with. Good luck in communicating with this company. There has to be a better company to deal with . No calls returned.

The initial contact, with Jay, was excellent. He was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable and made my purchase easy (as was the website). Jay answered all my questions and set me at ease. In today's environment, this transaction was professional and simple, is not always the case. It was a pleaseure to contact Reman-Engine.

Have attempted to return core 7-8 times now in the last 10 days with no response or assistance. Will order from Powertrain Products from here on.

Order process was great. Go to return core , ended up not having return labels for return. Took over a week for them to email the return labels to me. Had the core returned over a month ago and still have not got my core refund. Just be ready to wait it out on those 2 things.

Customer service was very insightful and very helpful. Engine arrived to my home, right as expected. After engine installation, engine started on first start and ran perfect! Company picked up engine core and was refunded core charge. It was very easy working with them.

i called and they said they had it, ordered it and than they called to say it would be 4 weeks...

Ordered a used 24k miles engine advertised on their website. Received a used LKQ engine which after spending 15 hours of labor to install, seized within minutes of starting. Took over two weeks to get a warranty claim and received another LKQ engine. Attempting to get anyone to response about the original claim was frustrating and we had to call several times leaving messages with no response. Finally spoke with someone in claims and then a week or so later we received the second engine still from LKQ. Have now left several messages to try and get compensation for the labor of the bad engine sent and still waiting. We could of ordered a used engine from LKQ directly, saved money and they would of probably been quicker and taken care of labor for installing the bad engine sent. Over a month of waiting to take care of our customer due to the issues with this company. Never will we do business again and will tell everyone to beware of this company.

They were great

Was incorrectly sold a gas motor after specifying that the one I needed was a diesel. To their credit they caught it quickly and refunded the money immediately but overall 1 ⭐

Great attention to detail

called in to verify I was purchasing the correct engine , and to verify shipping address. The woman I spoke to was more than helpful and answered every question I had what I liked the most was I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience or felt rushed on the phone what so ever . I will definitely be returning to purchase again if need be….. now hopefully the shipment of the engine goes as smoothly as the purchase
