Great experience with REM. I ordered 2 x Lola Trolley for my new salon and ideally wanted them quicker than the estimated delivery time. Lisa at REM sorted me out and made sure I got the trolleys for my salon opening. Both trolleys are gorgeous and just exactly what we were looking for to match our salon interior. Thank you so much for your great service and also your customer service was 10/10. Highly recommend this company!

I recently purchased salon furniture from REM and had a great experience from start to finish. Scott was very professional, helpful, and patient, especially when I changed my mind during the process. Lynda was also very supportive with payment and confirming the delivery date.
The delivery driver was friendly and helpful, which made everything run smoothly.

I contacted REM to replace a part on one of my basin units, which I’ve had for nearly 20 years—the first time it’s needed anything replaced. Although the unit has been discontinued, the team quickly identified the correct part and sourced it for me to order. The service was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Rem were fantastic from start to finish and even beyond that. They went above and beyond for me and their furniture is top quality. Couldn’t get any better. Worth every penny.

VERY IMPORTANT AND BIG REASON FOR ME LEAVING VERY NEGATIVE PURCHASED 5 REM BARBER UNITS ( £7.188.00) RECEIVED ALL IN WRONG COLOUR AND DIFFERENT DESIGN DOESNT MATCH THE PICTURE AT ALL SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES TO SOLVED MY ISSUE STAFF ON THE PHONE SAYING ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH US YOU GOTTA CALL THEM DIRECTLY I SAID WAIT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO SALONS DIRECTLY THEY ARE JUST PUSHING YOU TO EACH PERSON THAT SOUNDS A BID DODGE
IF I DONT GET MY ISSUE SOLVED GOTTA START MY FURTHER ACTION FOR SURE
WILL REPORT TO MY BANK AND HMRC 100%!!!!

Lynda was amazing. I thought i might need ti buy a new couch as the handset was broken. She located me a new one and it arrived within 48 hrs! Im over the moon that ive avoided so much expense and happy to experience such excellent customer service!

Excellent salon furniture from REM Earth!! Wonderful quality, it looks like what it is... which is classy!! It's also fairly heavy due to the quality of materials, I recommend having 2 people to move big items :) Thrilled with the bed and the shelves. Also, the sales and logistics teams do all they can to be of quality support. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Had excellent customer service by Lynda with an issue I had that wasn’t REM’s fault but I’m very pleased she was able to help me and resolve my problem. 10/10

I contacted REM to help me install some glass sliding doors on my reception unit.
Not only was Jill and the team super helpful, she didn’t make me feel silly and went above and beyond to help me get the sliding doors in first time.

We brought the Baltic Nero Washback .From phone call to delivery whot a great company ,British made quality lovely deep sink 👌 Sales team could not have been more helpful . Was delivered on time by there own driver ,and was well packed and i we could check all was there no rush at all
.I can totally recommend Rem to deal with .Quality product and quality company ✨️ 👌 its a 10 from us.

We had a bespoke corner bench made by REM and cannot be happier with the service and quality of the product. it looks great. The design department were extremely helpful with my request and it fits perfect. I will definitely be ordering more items.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful with deciding on colour options. Quick delivery. British manufactured too. Very stylish pedicure chair.

UPDATE
REM have agreed to replace the panels that are faulty I do have to pay myself for them to be fitted, but REM have given me the contact details of a reputable engineer. I feel this is a reasonable compromise

I would in future only deal with the manufacturers, because the suppliers, who should have addressed this issue, were totally unhelpful and flippant.

Hi all I bought an REM electric bed 14 months ago it cost £1270 from Ellisons.
I only ever wash it with warm water and I always use couch roll. The material is disintegrating and Ellisons are not prepared to replace it or offer any sort of recompense. Simply, said that they buy them in from REM who offer 1 year manufacturers warranty and they can therefore only log my dissatisfaction, and follow REM guidelines.
Really really disappointed. I would never purchase anything from Ellisons again. Iv had a number of treatment couches over the years. All much cheaper and lasted several years

UPDATE- as below ...REM have replied and are saying that they will help me in this matter. If I achieve resolution I will amend my review. Ellisons are blaming REM and REM are blaming Ellisons so we shall see

Had a great experience with REM and purchased 7 of the custom made Dream Pedi spa chairs.
Scott Moore REMs Sales and Design Representative made sure the furniture including the links matched our salons design. The Rose gold taps added just added that extra wow factor and our clients are amazed with such good feedback.

Aftersales was brilliant as our builders were running late to complete the works and despite a huge load of chunky furniture being ready for delivery on the agreed date, i on my end had to change and push the date back twice and its was no issue for them to such a favour in storing the items untill we could have them delivered.
