Received the exercise bike in April. The right pedal has loosened 2 times now and we have not been able to fix it permanently. We followed the support desk recommendations, which did not work. Requested that they send us a new pedal. But they have advised that the warehouse said that there are no right pedals available, and that it may take time to prepare the replacement part. This response by relifesports is unacceptable. I recommended that a right pedal part be taken from a bike to be sold or just send a new bike at no cost and no shipping charge.
I am waiting for the response and resolution.

My Relife fitness bike arrived in perfect condition. The bike came mostly assembled and it only took me about 20 minutes to finish putting it together. There was no missing or broken part and the assembly instructions were very easy to follow. The bike cycling resistance is created by friction rather than by magnets or belts that often do not hold up well. The bike has height adjustments for the seat and handlebars as well as an adjustment for the degree of resistance you want. The bike comes equipped with a water bottle holder, phone/tablet holder, wheels for making it easy to move around, and a screen to collect workout data. The bike is very stable. I would recommend it to my friends.
