Due to years of lying on my side and…

Due to years of lying on my side and supporting my upper body weight with my left elbow, my shoulder muscles and joint became very sore. The soreness was getting worse with the passing months and I knew something had to be done about it. I saw the electric massager advertising on Facebook and knew it was what I needed to begin recovering. I ordered one and it couldn't arrive fast enough. After a month of use, I'm experiencing huge gains in the amount of relief I've been feeling. I can now move my arm an shoulder freely without stiffness and not much soreness, although I'm still recovering. Past generations did not have access to the things we currently have available to us.

Awkward to put on and use

Awkward to put on. Awkward to activate and read the dial/control. Even the instructions indicate it may be easier for some people to look in the mirror to operate the controls. Here's an idea....don't make it that way. Everyone nees to see the controls, why make it so difficult? I thought I was getting something special. Instaed I got a heating pad with a built in "Tens" pulsator. I have both of these already, didn't need a combo pack that is awkward to put on and use.

My husband bought me this device…

My husband bought me this device because of my shoulder pain . It was awful and I couldn’t use my arm. I began using the device, and my arm is already feeling a lot better!! I actually put my arm up and it didn’t jolt me back with pain!!! I’m going to keep using this very helpful tool!!

The ordering system is horrible

The ordering system is horrible, there’s no way to order one device only. They always include 3 devices, seems like a scam.
If you have been only to order one device, you are lucky, give me your secret to crack this awful ordering system!

I couldn’t contact anyone. I tried to call your voicemail box was full. Nobody just picked up. I emailed and never got a response back. I was thinking this can’t be a legit business. Very poor customer service.

I ordered on Facebook and product never…

I ordered on Facebook and product never showed up and couldn't reach anyone at their support number or email. I finally had to dispute with my credit card as it said 4-9 days shipping and never showed up. They don't tell you it is coming from China. As of this am my order still shows being in China for last week. Nothing more.

I ordered a cooling blanket for my grandson who has autism and I ordered it on the 25 of august …I was told it’s fast delivery and priority..iam still waiting on it to arrive iv texted them and asked them to refund me and to explain where my order is but after 15/20 emails iv still not received my blanket or my money …I have bone on bone knee pain but I would rather suffer than go through this again

I have to say..

I have to say... it's doing something! I've had shoulder pain for over 10 years. In the last several months it had gotten to the point where I was taking painkillers on a daily basis. That is NOT ok. I needed something else. I've been using this device for almost two weeks now for a minimum of an hour at a time. And I haven't needed the painkillers!!! I'm very happy and hopeful that I will be free of this chronic shoulder pain in the near future!
