Easy to navigate
Well researched but poorly presented
The content I purchased was very well developed and useful for my field, but I found the presentation style very unengaging. It was essentially a slideshow with a relatively monotone narration. There were a handful of interactive slides, but I really wanted some kind of printables that I could keep for reference. And that just didn't exist.
Also the platform itself was glitchy for me. It completely lost my first purchase, and the course offering disappeared. That said, customer service was very helpful at refunding my money and helping me find an alternative.

We are integrated Relias and Paychex
We are integrated Relias and Paychex. I had a name change again that creates a new user when the name changes. The date is a guess without looking it up. This time I didn't even bother to ask you to complete moving the items from the old name to the new name and inactivating the new. I was told by the service rep last time I asked in December and she did it wrong (after having to explain to 2 different people what I wanted) that you cannot "merge" people. I personally don't care what you term the process that I have had you do for previous ones, but I need the new account to have the training and assignments moved from the old to the new and then the old deactivated. At this point it is so much easier to just figure it out myself. I won't even ask to use your consultants -- Relias has charged us for two different training plans created by their consultants that were not useable. The person on our end who accepted them didn't know they were wrong or she would not have contracted a consultant to create them. When I pointed out that they were wrong to Relias I was told that it was too late as we had accepted them. I asked if we could get the consultant to at least explain what they had done and was told no. I do NOT recommend Relias to any company.

Relias is not honest in its advertising. It uses a bait and switch concept and then teaches customer support to do the same and the argue in defense of the company. There are far better online training platforms available. I use and recommend them all the time.

Difficult to maneuver through programs and frequently have to start over based on this. Hate that you can not move freely through a class especially if you just want to review one specific thing.

Relias Rules I think it is a great tool and very useful. I do wish they had more classes or trainings to train admin more efficiently to use and get more out of what relias has to offer and other day to day use. I wanted to give it a 4.5 star!!

It was a different format and the courses took more time for me to complete. This is not necessarily a bad thing. I am retired and I try to take courses that interest me and courses that teach me something new. I also take the courses to keep my brain active and that test my ability to recall what I have just read. I’m not ready to give up my nursing license.

Customer service is really quite helpful from the simplest question answered through Riley the AI chatbot or your salesforce representatives. Even when they can't answer specific questions, they put me in touch with experts in the area of question. Always timely responses and a review of the discussion is emailed for reference.
Some issues with having to go back to a training plan when reviewing user transcripts but all in all it really is just a few clicks to get back to where you want to be.
I find the crosswalks to be very helpful particularly when creating training plans.
