The plumber Noel was very helpful. I have metals in both my legs, he bend down under the kitchen sink to grab model # of the kitchen faucet hose for me. Whatever I requested him to check-ins plumber wise. He checked ins for me. Thanks

kitchen tap-to fix or not to fix
company sent subcontractor who was incapable, did no followup. I was told that piece was going to take 2 to 3 days. nothing was said about needing a new tap. After 5 weeks , numerous phone calls to Reliance, being told they had spoke to contractor who would contact me. (never happened) I was told they would contact the contractor as unable to give me their phone number. Final after over a month I phoned Reliance very pod and contractor called stating they would be here to put in new tap with the cost of 275.00 plus tax. this was never discussed at any point. I lost ALL respect and confidence with Reliance at this point. I am as well as friends are considering other options at this point but have not made aNY decisions as yet.

The customer rep agent was very helpful in scheduling an appointment. She went out of her way to call back to say that there was an early date available from the scheduled 2 months away. She was understanding and would like to have her again on my next call to schedule any appointments.

One month of unrepaired Ac and evaporator coil
It took seven visits of different technicians to determine what is wrong with my 6 year
Old a.c. Initially, first and second technician
Informed that it was the ac, but subsequent visits by another pair of technicians determined that it was the evaporator
coil. They fixed it but there there were leaks
- not adequately sealed by another technician so another came back. This situation happened for almost a
month in July - the hottest period this year.
month - no ac.

The reason for the 3 star rating is because the furnace installation did not pass inspection by the City of Edmonton. I am waiting to hear when the deficiencies will be corrected.

Lee came out and gave me great options to look at for an air pump and a/c to compare. Got me scheduled for install quickly. The installation went great. Staff were super professional, friendly and informative.
