Every single person we’ve met from sales to home technicians have been professional, kind, caring and went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our new furnace/ac. We recommend reliance for sure!! If you’ve never considered the rental option, I also recommend that. I wish we’d rented our hot water tank as well as the furnace/ac.
