I would highly recommend Reliable-Ultra. I always feel comfortable and safe with Wayne. What I like about him is that he does not mind when I am watching and asking questions. He is always happy to chat and explain what he is doing and why and is happy to give you good advice. He is always honest and says it how it is, without sales talk or jargon. He mended a blown and melted shower switch and investigated and fixed thermostat on water heater. I am very happy with his service and will certainly use him again.

Excellent service. Wayne fitted a electric shower and isolation valve. we had quite a few obstacles but Wayne had answers for everything. Very knowledgeable, honest and a fun guy. Will recommend and use again. 5 star. :-)

Wayne came to replace my damaged kitchen tap. The work was done professionally and clearly Wayne knows his trade very well. There were some problems with my old fittings and he identified and resolved the issues very quickly. i highly recommend him to anyone.

Wayne came to my rescue when my heating stopped working on one of the coldest weekends of the year so far. Wayne was able to purchase the parts for the job and then came round on a Sunday to complete the work, which he did quickly and without creating any mess. Wayne made me aware of the cost well in advance and stayed in contact to confirm when he would be arriving. Wayne was also able to provide advice on another job that I was looking for a good tradesperson to undertake - will definitely be looking to use Reliable Ultra's services for this job in the future.

Called Reliable-Ultra to trace bad leak behind kitchen units. They traced the leak immediately, new kitchen mixer taps were required as the taps were leaking. Took the day off work, Wayne saved my day, he went to suppliers and purchased me a new set. I'm very impressed. Reliable-Ultra are professional, polite honest and know their stuff. Will use again.

Wayne was an absolute superstar, we discussed the work before he came on to site, agreed the necessary works and discussed the time it would take to get it all done. I can't fault him at all. He came on time, was an absolute gentleman, cracked on with the work to the point where I had to insist he took a lunch break. Top guy, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing any kind of plumbing job. I will definitely give him a call for future jobs!

One of our radiators was leaking, causing the boiler pressure to drop slowly. I called Wayne and he came out the same day. He informed me that there would be a call out charge, which would be taken off the cost of the labour. I thought the radiator may need replacing, but Wayne located the leak and sorted it out within 10 minutes (a small part needed replacing). He noticed that the water coming from the radiator was dirty, so advised a power flush and top up of inhibitor. He was polite throughout and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend him and plan to use him again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Wayne. His communication when I first contacted him was excellent. He quickly identified the problem and explained it clearly and mentioned the quote. His time keeping was great and kept me informed of everything I needed to know. He is reliable and responds fairly quicker than any other plumber I’ve contacted and carried out the work efficiently and tidily. He was able to come out to my home the very next day after contacting him and completed the work on the same day under an hour. My water heater brokedown in the week before Xmas. We originally tried to have it fixed but there was a major issue that made it lock out. The result was no hot water. This company very helpfully managed to fit me in all day on the Friday before Xmas to fit the new boiler. I now have hot water and ability of central heating. I was very happy with the effort made and reliability of service. I would use again and highly recommend.

Wayne is a rarity in his field. A devout professional, utterly reliable and trustworthy and good value for the top notch service he always provides. Used him several times now and he has never failed to deliver. Can’t sing his praises enough. As a property manager I need reliable people to often do short notice work and Wayne is my go-to guy every time.

Wayne is an absolute legend and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him as a tradesman. I've met a few plumbers (and tradesmen) in my time and none are as knowledgeable, skilled and thorough as Wayne. He helped me with my water cylinder which was leaking and over heating.

I was desperate as my boiler had broken and last year British Gas wouldn't even look at it over the phone. Wayne responded really quickly to my query and we spoke over the phone with him asking lots of questions so he could try and figure out what was wrong. I took the next morning off work and although he was very busy, knowing I had no heat he came around, he fixed it within minutes, he explained everything thoroughly to me. He was so professional, friendly, polite and even explained to me what to do for my friend who was having problems with hers. I would absolutely recommend Wayne.
