Total scam of a company if they even exist. There is no phone number or address just customer support email been waiting 6 weeks now and if you email they reply telling you to be patient then give two tracking links which doesn't give you anything solid the one link they ask for bank details. Sent email yesturday and it's bounced back.

Total scam paid for items then sent a tracking number for June 2025 it then said it was delivered it wasn’t. Company then said it had resent the ordered items but when emailed to follow up on it they would just send old tracking number for June even though this was from July. Never buy from this company they are a joke !and a total scam save yourself the heart break and the time wasting trying to get them to respond but they just kept on copy and pasting a random message that didn’t make sense and wasn’t relevant to the actual message you’d sent 😂waste of time

This company is a scam. I paid for On running shoes that were never delivered. They sent me a fake tracking number claiming the package was delivered on September 16, 2025, but I received nothing. After taking my money, they stopped responding to all my messages. Dishonest, fraudulent, and absolutely not to be trusted. Stay away!

ITS A SCAM, I paid and the products was not delivery

SCAM!!! I paid.. and haven't heard from them since. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. I'm opening up fraud charges with my bank.

You will receive nothing (except frustration and regret)

Avoid at all cost.
They even provided a Royal Mail tracking number which kept being updated until it supposedly reached the UK. Then the number was "not recognised" in the Royal Mail system.
Their customer service kept saying they were "resending". No tracking number this time and yes you guessed item never turned up.

I have called multiple times and no one answered. Never got my product or a response back from them. My credit card is going to refund my money and I am going to report them to the credit bureau

I bought a 16TB hard drive for my computer. I received it but the device is not functioning.

Trying to contact Reliable Store to no avail.

Seems if they knew that the device is not a 16TB device but only a 29GB device.

I have sent numerous emails, tried to call them to my frustration, no one is returning any of my emails.

So be careful, before you order from them.

Scammers.... i bought 2 batteries for impact wrench in dec 2023. After a month still nothing. Its been 4 mths now and i get one BS excuse after the next. When i asked for my money back i get another excuse after next. Pls stay away from them. But i am going to make a theft case and broadcast their name everywhere. I gave them till 5pm TODAY to refund me or the gloves are coming off. Im sick and tired of asking for MY money back.

Scam scammers, they don’t ever pick up their phone even after I held for over 1 hour, order a month ago no communication after my money was taken. I should have read the reviews.

Received in February but a wrong product.
Customer service doesn’t exist and no return to any of the sent messages or phone calls

I also ordered a car cover and paid for it on Feb 07th. To date no communication and no delivery. No amount of effort on my part has produced any results. 15 mins wait on a customer service call and no response. I guess they are a fraudulent company.
I would advise people NOT to use this site. It is shameful that business like this exist.

I wish there was an option for no stars. They should not be allowed to use the word reliable in their name! I ordered some expensive items, received confirmation of the order and funds were transferred, and then nothing. It's been a whole month. I finally got a reply, that it will be another month before I receive my item. They haven't even processed yet. IT'S BEEN A MONTH! Don't trust these slim balls! They should not be in business.

UN-RELIABLE STORE!!! This is the WORST online store I have ever dealt with. They lie about the delivery date. They lie about responding to you within 24 to 48 hours. I bought an external hard drive as a Christmas present for my brother, in November and only received it in January. The hard drive was corrupted and doesn't work. I have sent them numerous emails for a refund, but they don't respond. If you have money to throw down the drain, then feel free to use these CROOKS!!! Somebody must shut them down.

Today is day 30 after your 3-10 business days are taken off where is my refund ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Where is my Refund Next mail is going to hello Peter it should not be necessary for be to beg for my refund after you could not deliver the item and promised me 3-10 work days for the repayment 30 days later actually 40 days later

Been almost 3 months and still no delivery of my order.
Communication is the worst!
When I send a email, one month after ordering,and no delivery of my order, they supplied me with a tracking number that read - estimate date of arrival 30/12/2023.
Placed order on 17 October'23 and still waiting to date 13 January'24.

When confirming my order, they send me this notification,
"Our delivery time frame is estimated at 7-14 days to one month on average. As stated in our terms and conditions, estimated times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are any changes, you will be informed of them."

NOBODY INFORMED ME OF ANY PROBLEM IN THE PASSED 3 MONTHS.

Scam site after 4 months still waiting for a refund. Don’t answer calls or mails. STAY AWAY
