I am using ReliabeCloud since August. They've phenomenal support team resolved my issue in minutes and they have very decent pricing.
I've been using this service for a few days and am pleased with the server speed, performance, and fair pricing. The support team has been decent as well. However, I ran into an issue when I initially ordered a VPS and then switched to another to get a discount; this resulted in being charged for both once I added my payment method. Although support resolved it by canceling the unused VPS and crediting the funds to my account, it effectively locked me into their service for an additional two months. I'll continue using them if my current project turns out to be profitable, but if not, that balance will be a loss. Overall, it's a good service—3/5 stars!
