I bought two humming bird necklaces that came with bonus earrings when they arrived it was the necklaces only I reported it to the company and showed by purchase receipts they still would not honour my purchase and send the earrings I feel totally swindled by this company and the quality of the necklaces wasn’t that great either avoid at all cost

I spent £50 on a rug. When I received it, it bore more resemblance to a 4ft diameter beer mat.
When I tried to return it, guess what? At my cost.
Awful quality. Caveat emptor.

I ordered 2 items. A rug and an ornament. I found out it was coming from china and it took forever. When it arrived the package looked like it had been opened and repackaged. My ornament wasn't in it so I contacted them and they said according to their investigation the ornament was in there and they would not refund the price of the ornament. I also paid extra for a guaranteed delivery and they just said there will be no refund

Had to call to find out where my Christmas rug was I ordered on 12/8/25. Didn't realize this company was in China. However, they did fulfill my order immediately and shipped it out. I received it late last night 12/22/25. Did not look like the picture on their website and wished I would have gone with a little bigger rug. Had to iron it to get all the wrinkles out and for the rug to lie flat. Overpriced for the quality.

Shame I couldn't give them a minus! Rip off, deceitful, item nothing like pictured. Dont go near these thieves!!!!!!!!!

The 3D Christmas Rug we ordered was not 3D and very dissapointing Quality i read the reviews after I had ordered this but I wish I had read them prior to ordering.

This company clearly sells AI generated crap. I spent £70 of my hard earned money on 2 Christmas rugs. They arrived and they are awful.. distorted... odd looking... blurry... the images on the rugs are out of proportion. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE, DODGY DEL BOY ONLINE COMPANY.

Don't order from these people, they are charlatans and their products are grossly inferior. I was expecting a 3D Labrador sleeping on a pair of wings, what I received was a 2D cheap and nasty piece of plastic. The points on the wings are pointed and sharp and very sharp around the edge. The best thing about it is the keyring and chain, the actual key fob is disgusting. I cannot use it. I requested a refund, all I got was an offer of 10%. I said that's not good enough. Then I got a refund of £2.74 which I did not agree and told them this was an insult, they then offered me 30% off of my next order. What could possibly make them think I would be ordering anything else from them. I have been asking to speak to someone in charge, but I won't hold my breath. I will not give up and keep pestering them

Can we give a zero? the online ads present products that look great. What you get is not that. Cheap garbage. Not only run from this site, but be ware in the future. They will rebrand to another name and move on because their ratings are so bad.

Luckily only my friend bought one of this phony companies products. He bought what he thought was a beautiful little figurine. It was nothing more than a flat piece of acrylic with a stupid picture on it. Standard practice for these con artists to do is offer 25% refund or send it back at your own expense and hope for the best. He went for the 25% and 3 months later is still waiting. They never answer because they know they're crooks and thats how crooks operate. Avoid at all cost!!!

I was considering buying from this company, suspected I might be sorry so as usual, I checked my gut feelings with my go to place Trust Pilot and will not purchase. Looks like one of those cheap Chinese companies that conceal the country of origin, also the low prices are always a bit of a red flag

Absolutely joke item nothing like what they show on offer i paid £20 for a Christmas dog barble it's nothing like the offer more like a fridge magnet do not buy anything from this company

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I wish i had read the reviews before buying. They deliberately use false images and vague descriptions to promote their products. What you think you are buying is not what you actually buy. DON'T BUY from this place. They then deny, lie and refuse a full refund when you complain.

Bought the Christmas Guitar Ornament. What an absolute rip off. £15.30 for a small piece of plastic with a sticker on top. Not worth a pound. Avoid this company at all costs. This is scandalous and they should be investigated by trading standards.

I purchased three animal ornaments. The photo on Relaxpact's website looked absolutely nothing like what I received. The website shows 3-D animals peeking out from a tree. I got a flat acrylic one that doesn't even have the animals looking like the website. I tried to return them, followed their comments to send photos and still they did not refund my money.

The actual product is pathetic in comparison and probably comes from upper end crackers ( Xmas type )
Don't do what I did. Don't use this site and pay way way eay over the odds for something worth less than a pound.
They are scammers.

I too have had the experience of not getting AT ALL what I ordered. I discovered the company office is registered in China which makes the normal route of returns and refunds impossible. I should have read up on the company first and have learned my lesson!
