Horrible customer experience
Horrible experience. Impossible to auto renew commuter pass. Mine expired, forgot to renew the same day and got a fine. Of course they didn't refund even though I have been paying every month for 2 years

Very bad and horrible apps and not upto…
Very bad and horrible apps and not upto the new tech apps. It is even better NT app and DSB. I was directed by NT why given to this hopeless private company. The NT did a big blunder to hand over to this RB company. I just loat my money this afternoon and again paid fares for my destination only given 1hr for 5 zones and my destination takes more than one hour. Don't USE rejsebillet apps use DSB and NT must bring back its app please
