I made a taxi reservation but had a…

I made a taxi reservation but had a change of plans so l had to cancel my reservation, l did the cancellation one week in advance so according to the rules they mentioned on their website I should have get my money back but still after 5 weeks and calling their client service 10 times, they didn’t return my money back and they are giving no clear answer why it hasn’t been paid back yet and when l will get it back. In my eyes it’s a clear fraud
