The best CRM I've used. The features and filter settings are incredible. The other thing that sets REI Sift apart is the customer service and support. The support team is quick to respond and really knows their stuff. I've had every question or issue resolved quickly. The software continues to get better and better with every update.

I would be great if there's an option to delete the inactive team members. As of the moment the only option is to disable the account.

We are small entrepreneurs and we have been in REISift since we first heard about it 2 years ago. We immediately felt in love with the app, not only we were given several tools to expand our business but we were trained by an awesome team. REISift helped us understand our data way better and make small changes in our SOPs to increase productivity and find better deals. It didn't stop there, they kept launching new features and resources to make our life easier, with their courses we learned new techniques to reach prospect sellers faster and with little effort. REISift is very powerful and might sound hard to operate but on the contraire it's intuitive and very straight forward, and if you ever need help the support team is always easy to reach and super friendly.
They have great subscription plans for all investor sizes but I recommend you go for the Professional or Business as you will payback that investment on your first deal.

I have been investing in Real Estate since 2014 and Sift has completely changed my mindset on sales and marketing.

They continue to improve and innovate and take feedback from users. They focus more on the things that matter vs fancy shiny objects. It's good for a crm and for managing data, and integrates directly with several different dialers and text blasting softwares, saving hundreds of dollars a month not needing Zapier. There is also a mastermind and teaching component, and the other users seem more advance than typical people in real estate and it's great connecting with other users.

REIsift is the truth - one of the best REI data management, CRM, and deal tracking systems out there. Wish we would've found it sooner. They're constantly working on new features and enhancements which is awesome - always getting better.
