My second Reilly - I bought a T325D a couple of years ago and now I've dabbled in Gravel with a Gradient. I am really happy with both bikes. The T325D was a great replacement for my old carbon road bike and will be my forever road bike and now I have, with my Gradient a forever gravel and touring bike.
Both purchases were smooth. Delivery times were a bit protracted but I was kept up to date all the time. I could choose every component on the bike.
And everyone comments on how good it looks. If you are on the fence don't be. Buy one.
I had an issue with a component and Reilly were incredibly responsive and helpful.
This was a long process due to admin and progress my end but the team at Reilly have been engaged and on-hand throughout the process. My local bike shop organised a demo bike to be sent out which was a top of the line model, gave it a test and wasn't sure on the fit (but loved the bike), spoke to the Reilly team and they had me to their office for a test ride on an alternative side.
Having loved that bike too, they took my fit data and put a frameset and handlebar aside me while I sorted the cycle2work voucher out (which took a while). Again, communications was first class throughout.
One issue did occur in that the frameset was posted with an offset seat-post and it should have been an inline post. They acknowledged this and a new seat-post was received the following day.
Always happy to help and assist with any questions.
Ed and Chris were great, the chat over WhatsApp was very handy and we had interesting and informative conversation which helped me to make my mind up. They were very flexible! I now have my perfect bike which is amazing! The price was very reasonable, packaging of the bike was great and delivery was perfect with tracking details as it progressed. Super happy!
The team were very helpful and made the selection process easy, trying out the bike helped me make the decision and the bike is great to ride
I first saw Reilly Cycles at an event in December 2023, thought they’re really nice bikes but out of my range, anyway fast forward a couple of years and a couple of major mechanical / bike failures in Ultra events and I contacted Reilly. I arranged to go to their base which was in Brighton at the time and test ride one of their bikes, I was hooked.
I ordered a Reflex and having now ridden it for a few months have absolutely no regrets, it’s fantastic, I’ve done ultras, The Gralloch and most recently The Stone Circle Bastard, 220k of gravel and the bike was spot on, if anything it wanted to go faster but my legs couldn’t .
I built the bike with Shimano GRX 2x Di2, Strada Gravel plus wheels with Hope hubs and it’s 👌👍.
It’s a joy to ride and gets more than a few comments about how good it looks.
The service from the team at Reilly was exceptional, there was initially a delay in the wheels but they provided me with a loan set of Parcours FKT wheels which were brand new and said ‘have fun’.
If you’re looking for a bike that looks good, does what it says in the description and is built to last look no further then Reilly.
Excellent after sales service - spare parts promptly shipped.
These guys just can't put a foot wrong. Customer service that everyone else can only aspire to. Awesome
Super helpful staff getting the right spare to me super quick ready for an adventure.
Excellent service. Just give them a call, chat through what you need, experienced sales team will do the rest. Single part I needed was delivered over night. All good to go out and ride the following evening. Couldn't ask for more.
Their customer service is really good. I ordered a spare derailleur hanger and was sent the wrong one. Called them and explained the situation (mistakes happen) and they immediately sent me the right part.
I first saw Reilly in December 2023 but it wasn’t until September 2024 when I took the decision to go , have. Look and chat about what I was looking for. When I went to their then base in Brighton I was met by Chris and Phil, they gave me. gradient to have Test ride on no then we had a chat, I really liked the look of the Reflex no that was where I decided I was going to spend my money…..so glad I did.
The last few days I’ve used the Reflex on The Southern Divide, a 680km event across some of the South of Englands most rugged terrain, whilst many recommend an mtb I opted for the Reflex and the bike handled everything perfectly, from fast downhill rod sections reaching 80kph or long rugged uphill sections, The Reflex ate up the ground cross Dartmoor and I was faster on most sections compared to last years efforts on an MTB. The bike was comfortable, balanced nd handled incredibly well, more stable than I’ve found mt previous two carbon gravel bikes
Very happy with the new bike, and Reilly were a pleasure to deal with. All staff extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
Absolutely loving my Reilly Spectre, with it's relaxed geometry, beautiful frame and wide tyres it is the perfect machine for varied surfaces, from smooth tarmac to rough country lanes. Very impressed also by Reilly customer service, when my original seat clamp failed unexpectedly I had a classy replacement sent from Reilly within a few days. Thoroughly recommend the bike and the company.
Excellent service from the people at Reilly who were always quick to respond to any questions I had.
I have specific requirements regarding geometry and riding position but with help from Reilly I finally decided on a Sceptre frameset which I will build into a winter road-bike.
I was able to choose the final colour for the decals and alloy parts and it was ordered and delivered in very quick time arriving better packed than anything I have ever received.
The frameset is superbly designed and manufactured, the photos don't do it justice and you have to have it in your hands to really appreciate it. It came with all the fittings I might need and even a spare rear derailleur hanger.
Top marks to Reilly for great service and a great product!
Great company and Great bicycles. I love my Reilly Gradient T47! A few weeks ago I went over the bars and the bike followed me and landed on the rear derailleur snapping the hanger, it was entirely my fault riding where I shouldn't have been. Once home I ordered a replacement and the Team at Reilly went above and beyond to get the hanger to me at the weekend so I could get back on my bike! Fabulous bikes and fabulous customer service!
