Shipped on time and all 4 tires came together which i was worried about when reading the other reviews. Tires brand new and no damage. Price is awesome compared to local shops

My 3rd time buying from here and again…
My 3rd time buying from here and again delivery issues. Ordered 4 tires and 2 were dilevered earlier and for the other 2 I waited more than 1 week until I received them. Contacted customer service and they only told me to wait. No answer how much should ai wait, no info, nothing. Not appologies that the delivery is taking longer that supposed. I am really dissapointed considering the same happend for my first order from them.

Dear Customer,
Our products are dispatched from several warehouses. It can therefore happen that a single order contains several parcels.
We deliver our products in 24-72h (3 working days) on average.
For logistical reasons though we cannot define a specific date or time for the delivery.

You need a new delivery company
Great price - fast delivery, which should be 5-Stars. But the delivery company just left the tire at our gate (while 3 people were at home). And as your website says - we MUST check the tire before we accept shipment. Can't do that when they are gone. Thankfully - the shipment was the correct tire.

A+
Would be great if you can provide two tracking numbers next time, as the tires arrived in two different shipments a day after each other . Otherwise A++

Good
Payment system for international orders is a little complicated. For some reason the one of the orders was cancelled. It worked out the second time. Product as described and on time. Good

Nice
I am very happy with the dealer especially because the tires were NOT old (as it did happen with another dealer). That's a big plus. And also very happy with the fast and professional delivery. Tyre age: 4621 👍
