I had a terrible experience with Rehousing packers and movers
I had a terrible experience with Rehousing packers and movers company when I recently used their services to transport my bike from Bangalore to a location 50 km away. Not only did I have to go all the way there to pick up my bike, but I was also charged an additional 6k for the inconvenience, which was not mentioned in the initial quote.
To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They were unresponsive to my queries and seemed to have no regard for my time or my bike. Their attitude was dismissive, and they seemed to be completely uninterested in providing good customer service.
I found the whole experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this packer and mover company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. The additional cost, unprofessional behavior of the staff, and overall lack of customer service made this a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

I booked my luggage from Portblair…to Porbandar Gujarat
I booked my luggage from Portblair Andaman to Porbandar. Normally it took one month for transporting items from Andaman Nicobar to Gujarat but they shifted it within 12 days. Price are reasonable. No damage to items. And most importantly their bill was genuine and my claim for transportation was passed by CDA without any objection. In my view their services are unmatchable. Recommended to all.

This company will leave you needing therapy
Not only did my experience with this company leave me in tears but I ended up discussing it with my THERAPIST in a (failed) attempt to practice calm when something is so completely out of your control. Here is my experience in all its gory details so no one else will have the misfortune of using this company ever again.
1. I was shipping decorative/sentiment items to the UK after years spent living in Delhi. They packed these pieces very shoddily, rushed and without care. If I had not have been there (whilst several men rolled their eyes at me and told me to “not worry, our items never get damaged” (really? Are these packers there at the receiving end? Or do they have insight into the companies customer support service? Of *course* not - there is not customer support!) these items would have been packed far worse.
2. Despite multiple, persistent, verging on obsessive requests for a quotation for both land and air freight, once they had my items I received zero contact. Until…! One day out of thin air part of the consignment arrived at my office. They had sent ALL of my items air freight without once giving me any indication of the weight and cost.
3. When I tried to bring this up with the *expletive* I had been in contact with (along with screenshots of the 10++ times I had requested a quotation) he told me “they never send things sea freight as there are too many breakages”. I have no words. This is simply not true. There are literal pictures and sections on their website for sea freight. The man’s WhatsApp picture is a bubble wrapped motorbike! Did they send that air freight?
4. He ignored this issue. Suddenly becoming VERY active on his phone calling and messaging me incessantly over a period of 36 hours saying that unless I paid the stated amount, they would not ship the rest of my items.
5. Once I paid the hostage fee for the rest of my items despite repeated, multiple requests for any sort of tracking information I have still received nothing. Boxes keep arriving in drips and drabs - with multiple broken items (let’s just flashback to the packers in delhi assuring me there items are never broken!) I can barely keep track of what’s been received and what’s not.
In short, just don’t do it. Please don’t use this company.

This company is a total fraud
This company is a total fraud . I booked my bike pulsar 150 cc to be transported from jaipur to Nashik on 27th March 2023 . It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days . Today its have been 14 days but the bike has not been delivered . Even now the company is not responding to call or msgs.
They have added extra charge on the name of gst which was not decided while booking .

Complete fraud service.
Complete fraud service.
Every time you call back for inquiry they will respond by saying they will call back after sometime.
They will provide false additional charges for getting more money.
There is zero refund for any mistake from their end.
They take advance by saying it will be deducted from final invoice but then they will not deduct anything once they pick up your items and contact you with a final bill with all sort of additional charges.
So you have a choice of paying extra amount or letting your stuff go.
Once the payment is done they will completely ignore you.
Take your luggage by yourself if you can or go with any other services than theirs.
