We had a few problems with the kitchen which were sorted out very efficiently by Siobhan.

Fantastic service from purchase to delivery! The communication from Rehome was second to none! Exceptional option to give kitchens a new lease on life. Thank you to the team.

Beware using Rehome.
The initial contact with the sales team was positive and I liked the idea of getting a quality kitchen second hand.
I was told I could only pay via bank transfer which I was sceptical of, having no easy recourse in case something went wrong. I therefore visited the seller home and viewed it first hand prior to purchase. Although there were signs of used and some damage I was happy to go ahead.
When the kitchen arrived it was damaged. The private seller noted how the removal team did not take care of the kitchen and the delivery team handled the items so badly it resulted in multiple areas of damage.
I wrote to the company to complain and seek compensation and after two weeks of an internal investigation they rebutted my complaint.
I now have a damaged kitchen that will cost me over £1000 to repair.
Beware using Rehome as my personal experience was not in line with the information I was given up front. The 14 day guaranty was no worth a thing and not upheld.
I would highly recommend using your own company to dismantle as my experience was that the teams they use are not suitably qualified nor careful.

It's great to be able to buy a kitchen that is either ex-display or good quality second hand.
Our experience was excellent with both ReHome and the kitchen seller.
We hope to have our kitchen installed soon and be able to share photos.

10/10 service everything was smooth and easy. Srushti who I was emailing answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Kitchen came exactly as it should and we managed to get it for lower than the asking price.

Chief win is the outcome. My daughter has a great 2 year old painted Shaker style kitchen at half the price of a new one.
The online information is very good but as a detail person I really wanted to know more than was initially available. For example, models of appliances, width of doors in corner cupboard and not just cupboard width. These details were important in planning a fit for my daughter’s kitchen and in assessing the value of the kitchen. However, my questions were answered efficiently by the team.
I think a video of working appliances would be a useful addition to the sales details. The 2 week guarantee will only allow a few people time to fit a kitchen in what will often be opportunistic and chaotic periods of renovation.
The kitchen is not yet fitted but is safely stored in my daughter’s front room while work takes place in the newly bought old house. It is a beautiful kitchen.
The handling and delivery costs felt somewhat high at £1000 pounds. This is for a van and 2 men for the day, transporting goods c. 50 miles.

A smooth and well-managed process to view, buy and receive delivery of an amazing quality kitchen at a remarkably low price. All the trades who have come to work on this project have admired the way ReHome has dismantled the beautiful units, making reassembly a pleasure. The finished item is splendid!

First rate service and an innovative one at that. Not only did I end up cash positive their fees were cheaper than skipping the old kitchen.
The team were very responsive and clearly knew the market so my expectations were well managed.
As is always the case when doing building works timings needed to be flexed but they had the capacity to cope with this.
The photographer was very professional and took all the necessary measurements and the removal team were skilled and easy to have in my home.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Communication was great from start to finish. The kitchen/utility I ordered was dismantled, packed, transported and delivered with care by a friendly and experienced team. I got a high quality kitchen for a fraction of the cost of a brand new one. It has hardly been used and literally everything packed up including, taps, worktops and all bits you would usually have to pay extra for. I would definitely recommend Rehome to anyone looking to update their kitchen/utility.

Excellent service. Smooth process and organised well in advance. The removal process worked well and we got some money for our old kitchen while recycling. What is not to like!?

The process was easy and the company were helpful throughout. We received an offer on our kitchen within the first couple of weeks. The dismantling team arrived on time and left everything ready for collection by the buyer.
A very efficient service and although we didn’t get the sale price we were advised could be achieved (it was a very bespoke item in fairness) the whole process was easy.
Really great service. We viewed two or three domestic kitchens on line before buying. We are keen recyclers and could not be more pleased with the kitchen we have eventually bought. Especially impressed with the dismantling and delivery service, which seems expensive but when you recieve everything in such a good state its worth every penny. Have already recommended to others
Helpful, polite, prompt and responded to a very short timescale. Very pleased with my interactions with all of the staff.
overall good experience - would recommend but sometimes you have to be patient .... worth it in the end!
From when I made the initial enquiry to receiving delivery the whole process was amazing! When I enquired in the first instance someone had called me within a matter of hours, we then discussed an offer which was put forward and accepted. Just had to pay a small deposit and then balance before delivery. Come delivery day had a text the day before to confirm. The lads doing the delivery were amazing! They must have been at the house they removed the kitchen from early in the morning and then had a 3 1/2 hour drive from Surrey to Somerset to deliver to me which ended up taking them nearly 5 hours! But they still came and updated me all the way. It was 6pm when they arrived and was all unloaded the most careful manner and they left at 7:30pm and said they were then going back to London! Fair play to the 3 lads they’d put in a hell of a shift! I could not recommend more and I have a few rental properties so wont be buying new kitchens anymore the first place I will come is Rehome!
I admit i was worried and dubious about buying a used kitchen online....
I was a fool, i have seen the light!
The rehome kitchen i purchased fitted into my property perfectly ( I did do the research and measurements 5 times to make sure though).
I can confidently say i will not be purchasing a new kitchen from a big retailer again, I also have rental properties, and when they need an update I will be purchasing from rehome as well, the quality was amazing and range of kitchens at an affordable price ( for a yorkshireman) was immense.
Cheap, affordable and added a lot of value to my property.
Thanks again
Buyers beware…. You only have 14 days to reject a kitchen which is not enough to fully inspect when in storage . you do not have any protection through your credit card as rehome are a broker and no direct agreement . we found 7 units damaged they are discontinued so left with a kitchen we cannot use,. the worktops were broken not cut and bits missing - rehome simple do not want to know and blame you totally . absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend or use again ! Please think twice before any purchase
